This delightful 75m² two-bedroom apartment in Porto offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift, please note that a few steps must be climbed before reaching the elevator.

The living area is bright and inviting, featuring a comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows. The dining area, conveniently located next to the kitchen, provides a pleasant space for meals, complete with a table and seating for four.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs with ease.

Both bedrooms are furnished with twin beds dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each room also opens onto a balcony, providing the perfect spot to savour the invigorating, crisp air.

The two bathrooms provide two showers, and one toilet, and are stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
