This bright and welcoming studio offers a comfortable and practical space, combining modern amenities with a relaxing atmosphere for an enjoyable stay.

Step into the open-plan living and sleeping area, thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. The comfortable sofa and armchair create a cozy setting to unwind while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The bed is tucked against the wall, allowing for a spacious and functional layout throughout the studio.

The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. A small dining table provides a cozy spot to enjoy breakfast, a quick lunch, or a relaxed dinner. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The modern and elegant bathroom features a spacious shower, offering the perfect place to freshen up and relax after a day of exploring. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience.

For added comfort and leisure, the building also offers an indoor swimming pool and a gym, allowing you to unwind or maintain your fitness routine during your stay.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the studio on the 5th floor, including the indoor pool and gym facilities in the condominium.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, located in a peaceful residential area, ideal for guests looking to enjoy a relaxing stay while exploring the Porto region. The neighborhood offers convenient access to local shops, cafés, restaurants, and everyday amenities.

Guests can discover the famous Port Wine Cellars, Cais de Gaia, and the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, which connects Gaia to Porto’s historic center. Across the Douro River, visitors can explore Ribeira, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and Livraria Lello, discovering the city’s rich history and beautiful architecture.

The stunning Atlantic coastline is also accessible by car, with Gaia’s sandy beaches and seaside promenades offering the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the ocean.

With convenient access to both cities, this is an excellent base for experiencing Porto’s culture, the Douro River, world-famous Port wine, and the beautiful beaches of Vila Nova de Gaia.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Rotunda (Rubi Line), is approximately a 2-minute walk away.
Regadas, Santa Marinha.

The nearest train station, Vila Nova de Gaia-Devesas, is approximately a 5–10-minute drive away, with connections to Porto and other destinations.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25-minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
