Rua Das Flores is one of Porto’s most vibrant and famous streets. This trendy thoroughfare is home to various restaurants, shops and cafes, making it the perfect spot for sightseeing. Be sure to check out Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral and Clérigos Tower while you're here - they're all must-see attractions and located a few steps away. Some of the buildings worth visiting are the Casa dos Maias and the Casa dos Sousa e Silva.

It is conveniently located just a short walk away from Porto São Bento station (7 minutes) and São Bento station (6 minutes). This central location allows for easy access to transportation.

This is an old town area of Porto, so parking on the street around the premises is paid. You can also find garages and parks nearby at different prices.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

It’s a great location BUT, the bathroom is not functional, there is no mention of it being on a 3rd
