Excellent Modern Hotel, Wonderful Staff
Excellent hotel for what we needed. Very surprised that the website and other advertising hardly mentions the food hall linked to the hotel. Very varied and excellent food, bonus having a supermarket there too. Breakfast buffet was great as well as were the staff. Will go again

Check-In was quick and easy, and was only about a 5-10 minute walk from the Casa da Música Station that serves the airport. Room was nicely presented and clean, and bed was comfortable. Shower's pressure was quite good. Only negative was our room never had a direct outside view, the window overlooked some of the Mercado Bom Successo, although could see outside from it. Breakfast had a good selection of items, nothing was particularly outstanding, but we had no issues or complaints. Not the most convenient location for exploring the centre of Porto, but I wouldn't mark the hotel down for that as we knew where we were booking. We usually walked (around 20-35 mins, mostly downhill), which suited us fine, and used Ubers to get back. The Mercado Bom Successo is accessible via the hotel, and seemed to have a decent selection of places to eat and drink, and we didn't feel like there was any negative impact of staying right next to it (Never experienced any early morning or late night noise disruptions). We would certainly consider this hotel again for any future visits to Porto.

We loved the hotel and the vibe. It was very clean and comfortable. It is located within a shopping and restaurant complex so I could smell food cooking late into the night. I would go back to this hotel.

The hotel is clean, very quiet and has a modern theme. It has a friendly staff. Adjacent to the hotel, there is an awesome food market and a small grocery store. Also, a small mall is nearby. However, the hotel is a bit further from the city center. There is a bus hub near the hotel. Uber is not that expensive either. Only thing I did not like was the pillows. They are not comfortable.

The staff was helpful, the breakfast was delicious and it’s close to public transit. Love that it’s in the same building as the Mercado which gave me a lot of delicious dinner options.

This hotel is “music” to my ears!
All the employees were so patient, kind, informed and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to a food court and shopping mall. Ubers anywhere, we’re reasonably priced. Any questions and/or needs were met by the staff with concern and professionalism. My one somewhat negative, was that it is about a 2mike walk to the historic district. Mass transit is an option too. Very efficient. The hotel is quiet if you’re eager to get a good night’s sleep. Perfect location for performers or guests of the concert hall.

Property is well located in downtown Porto and adjacent to wonderful shopping. Facilities or modern and staff could not be nicer. I have stayed at this hotel many times. My only issue is that it is not handicapped accessible and one flight up from the street by stairs

The room was a bit small and a bit cold. The staffs were great. The subway was very near. It was walking distance to city centre

A very good hotel in Porto
Very nice and clean hotel next to a market. The location is central to everything including shopping, food, and metro. The hotel offered a very nice breakfast too. The staff were very helpful and respectful.
