This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff, hotel and restaurant, was excellent. Special shout out to Vasco. The decor was beautiful. The Restaurant was delicious. The location was very unique but absolutely perfect. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, it felt very new and fresh. The staff were very friendly and there were some thoughtful touches like a birthday treat in our room. We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel, but breakfast was excellent and in an airy, characterful room. The location was very good. Easily walkable into the city, but it still felt quietly tucked away. It is hard for taxis to reach the hotel so you have to walk the last few metres. This was no problem, but something to bear in mind for travellers with reduced mobility. Overall a fantastic hotel that I would return to.

A delightful hotel with excellent food, wonderful views (we highly recommend a room with a balcony), and an exceptional staff. We prefer a boutique hotel that is centrally located and with a bit of its own history, and Timbre Virtudes exceeded our expectations. The entire staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, and they provide five-star service at every turn. One suggestion for travelers—allow the hotel to arrange transportation to the hotel (we were coming from the train station). The hotel is on a narrow street and their help ensures you’ll get a driver who will take you to the front door.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel was great. Good location, great room, quiet area but close to everything we needed.
