We loved the room - it's exactly as pictured. Good shower, nice kitchen, lots of light. They are doing construction across the road, but we didn't hear any of it outside of working hours. It's on the second floor, but we didn't have any mobility issues, so that wasn't an issue. They also let us store our luggage for free when we had the last day to wander around which was greatly appreciated (in a stored locker about a ten minute walk away).
The one thing that we didn't love about this property was the check in. We arrived at 1 pm, and went straight to the property and rang the bell - no one answered, it sent us to voicemail and didn't let us leave a message, and then hung up the phone. No big deal - we were early anyway. So we went for lunch. Came back at 2:30 and went through the same thing again. Came back at 3, and finally messaged the property through expedia, and borrowed a strangers phone so we could call the property, and they told us to wait for someone to come by in 15. Someone did finally show up at 3:30, and she was lovely and gave us great tips, but we were pretty frustrated at having to wait 2.5 hours to get into the room. We had asked her to contact us with some other information as well, and we never heard from her.
It wasn't the end of the world, but I'd highly recommend having the property's number to call as soon as you are getting near. We would still stay here again, but would be more prepared to take check in into our own hands.
