"The room was spacious and comfortable. Huge shower. The spa is relaxing. A great bonus after walking the hills of Porto for 3 days. Breakfast is everything you can want and more with excellent service. The bar was great for a nightcap. Food looked great, but we went elsewhere."

"Good location, walking distance to all landmarks. was assigned to level 2 room which is noisy as it’s close to the road. Hotel reassigned me to a corner room at level 5. Room is quite small for its value. You can hardly put 2 luggages Breakfast is ok. Nice spa that one can enjoy, free for 1 hr every day. Generally the service is quite slow and inefficient. Takes >20 mins when we request for water or stuff. Room housekeeping wasn’t done when we requested for it at 1230. Then when we came back at 4 pm it still wasn’t done. It’s a bit annoying after 2 reminders. Gym water dispenser js empty. Called for service and it took ages. It’s a nice hotel , clean and new but service level needs to be greatly improved. Overall I like it cos if it’s location and it’s not as busy as other hotels."

"Bon rapport qualité-prix. Le staff est très sympathique et s'exprime en plusieurs langue dont le français, ce qui etait très apprecié. Le dejeuner est delicieux et le choix est très varié. L'emplacement est un peu loin des attraits touristiques mais il est possible de s'y deplacer à pied quand même. Le stationnement est un veritable plus."

"While Zero Box is unusual per the no windows the reality this location in Porto is awesome. For me, having a nice large bathroom is outstanding, plus the sauna, and the rooftop cold plunge, which is also a cool place to work. The breakfast was very fresh and well done, and again, that area is a place you can chill/work as well. Very lucky to have found Zero Box by accident...HIGHLY recommend it."
