Important note: There are ongoing construction works in the building, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be applied after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.
If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. If you check out after the scheduled time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.
The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly visits for inspection purposes.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of 150€ for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for paying the excess.
We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning, upon request (price upon request).
To make Gaia even more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has been implemented.
The fee of 2.50€ is not included in the accommodation price and applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.
