The hotel is in a secluded location, so you'll be able to disconnect easily. In terms of cleanliness, the facilities seemed to have been renovated or built recently but we found a dead bug under one of our pillows. Overall, it's a nice stay for some quite time from the city.

Walkable from major attractions. It’s clean and spacious. Love that it has a fully equipped kitchen though we didn’t have time to use during our stay. Our room was the accessible room and located on the ground, it can be a bit noisy in the morning and with a little privacy issue. Needa walk a bit of ramp to go up to the hotel. But overall the room was superb if you don’t mind a little noise and slope. Will definitely book again if I come to Porto next time.

Quaint space just like photos depicted. Good location. Easy to access (follow the instruction early when they provide them). Handy washer/dryer combo in-suite. Only challenge was trying to figure out how to control the temperature in the unit. Overall, great spot for us and our trip.

We spent three hours in the cold and dark trying to get access into the building. Prior to arriving, we didn’t receive the email telling procedures for access. We call the support people eight times for help to get the access code. The elevator would not take us to the 4th floor, but would come to the 4th to take us down. Very clean and quiet.

I was provided a wheelchair accessible studio even though I never select such a type or option. The confirmation email shows a image that my selection but had nothing to do with the studio I was provided. The blame was but on my for not understanding that "studio - wheelchair accessible" meant I had been booked into a studio specifically designed for people with disabilities, and on a ground floor and just next to the entrance, mensing it was very loud. Wheelchair accessible is something someone understands as reported referring to the entire property, not my specific booking. I never booked it and after 20+ hours nobody did anything to provide me with correct studio, I was refused a refund and forced to pay for a change to a much more expensive duplex at the top floor. That studio was good, until I discovered a mechanical device, a pump, was making loud noises every 10-20 minutes. I had to be behind the property to have it resolved, the claimed twice that it was, but it was never resolved and I did not sleep one night with shallow sleep waking up every 10-20 minutes. I tried earplugs but it was not enough to resolve it for me. In the end, I shoukd not require earplugs to sleep in a holiday property! It was a complete disaster that ruined my vacation!

los departamentos son increibles! tienen todo lo que necesitas, muy buena ubicación, tooodo esta impecable, acabados de primera.. de verdad es MUCHO mejor que estar en un hotel por que es mucho mas amplio y tienes todo. El único tema incomodo en nuestra estancia fue que llegamos temprano (12pm) y a pesar de que pedimos un early check tuvimos que esperar hasta las 3pm a que nos dieran las claves de entrada, y como NO hay recepción no hay forma de dejar las maletas en ningun lado. Uno de los 3 departamentos nos dieron la clave 3:20pm y lo que queríamos era ya descansar del vuelo de mexico. Pero por lo menos nos metimos a los otros 2 departamentos a esperar.

Ótima localização, apto novo, sem barulho, lindo!

Muito bom o apartamento. Localização excelente! Perto de muitos lugares importantes para visitar! Estávamos entre três e a água do banho sempre esfriava com o último a usar o chuveiro. Tem máquina de lavar e secar roupas, cozinha equipada, uma linda decoração, sem barulho. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar lá!

관광의 중심지 장점 있지만 개선도 필요한 숙소

모든 관광지 도보 가능한 최적의 위치 숙소. 상벤투역, 맥도날드, 렐루서점, 루이스다리 등이 모두 도보권. 그러나, 숙소 청결상태는 좀 부족한 편. 사진의 다락방은 소파베드가 아닌 소파만 덩그러니 있어 전혀 소용이 없고 천장을 낮추는 효과만 있어 답답. owner와의 소통이 어려운 편.
