Cable TV also available.Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and with easy and good access to the city centre, about 10 minutes walking distance from the city's tourist spots.Air conditioning is a plus for hot summer days, as well as to warm it up during your stay in our fantastic apartment.The apartment has a double bed for two people and a sofa bed in the living room for one guest, which provides capacity to accommodate 3 people.The apartment is on the ground floor but has stairs inside the apartment.ATTENTION - The mezzanine height is approximately 1.7m, which can be challenging to stand upright on the upper floor of the apartment. Porto is a humid city, and despite doing our best, this apartment may be more humid due to its construction, however, it has an air conditioning unit with a dehumidifier function.The apartment is completely equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner.Both bedding and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.Access codes to the property are only provided on the day of check-in, after we have the apartment clean and ready for you.Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in.
