Hotel was in a central location but down a quiet road, easily accessible from the Metro. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful as were the staff who were in the dining area at breakfast time. Hotel room was clean and tidy and an added bonus with a little seating area outside. Bathroom was an ideal size with a lovely shower. There was also a small kettle in the room, along with tea and coffee, which was a nice gesture as well as the 2 pastel de nata which were left in my room and a welcome treat after my flight. I also felt completely safe walking into Porto of an evening from my hotel. Would definitely recommend it and can't wait to visit again

Great location, superb staff that is very helpful and friendly, beautiful hotel and very clean . The rooms are small and functional, very modern often form over function like the light fixtures. The bathrooms are very modern, again form over function. The shower dial does not indicate hot or cold so trial and very hot error , the sinks is one of the squares where you always wet the floor and yourselves. The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable and guaranteed a good night sleep. Would stay again any time!

This is an excellent hotel centrally located near the train station. It is a 15 minute (downhill) walk to the river front, which is vibrant on both sides of the river. Fully recommended.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. The hotel itself was one of the nicest we have stayed in. Breakfast was enjoyable and local sites are close by.

This was a wonderful hotel. Perfectly located within walking distance of everything. The rooms were spacious and I loved my garden view. The variety of breakfast choice was incredible and really set you up for the day. I would highly recommend staying.
