Great stay
Perfect accommodation for exploring Porto. A short 10 minute riverside walk to the heart of everything. The room was exceptionally clean with a river view and the bed was very comfortable. Exceptional welcome from Marta, nothing was too much trouble during the whole stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay
We stayed here for one relaxing night at the end of our two week trip. This room and location were perfect! What a lovely morning watching trams and boats from the balcony while enjoying an espresso from the provided machine. While small, the room was clean and comfortable. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

River views were stunning and Maria was incredibly helpful during my stay. She kindly explained the best ways to get around town, offered recommendations for dining options and was happy to answer any questions I may have. I appreciated that I was able to leave my luggage in a locked room after check out, so that I could spend a little more time exploring the city without hauling my luggage around. Overall, it was a great stay and I hope to be back someday!

We stayed on the 4th floor in a room with no window, just a small skylight, it was very claustrophobic. The lobby was dark and no windows ! The place was clean and renovated. 15 minutes walk minimum to any restaurants and shops .

The property was clean and the reception staff was very helpful. They had an espresso machine in the room, but no hot water/tea maker. The rooms were quite small and the area was a bit noisy on Friday night. The area was about a 15 minute walk, bus or Uber to the center where there were restaurants. Breakfast was a simple, nice continental tray. They did not have tissues in the room, and there was no hair conditioner. The only thing neglected during my stay was when I left a towel to be replaced by housekeeping, it was not and as it was our last night, I just used my existing towel.

Beautiful hotel, with amazing views of the fiver from the room. The concierge was a lovely lady, who was extremely kind and helpful. Located right on the river, and not far from all of the sights (I walked all over Porto & back to the hotel with no problems). I will definitely being staying here for my next stay in Porto!

The hotel personnel was friendly. Room was cleaned, but very small. We’re could not open our luggage. Entire floor was creaking. It was bothered us and neighbor’s below. This room was not worthy the money we paid. It was big disappointment. Thanks

The room was compact but functional, beautiful and very clean great wi.if and lovely view of river. Marta, the Manageress couldn’t be more informative, helpful, and friendly. She was delightful. Absolutely great breakfast I recommend ordering it when you book. Whilst the property was not easy to find, by an UNHELPFUL Taxi driver, once found the location was SUPERB.

The location was a bit off the main downtown area but not too far away. About 10 to 15 min walk up hill.. Breakfast is very nice too. Room is neat and standard size. Washrooms were a bit tony though. The service at this location was the best i have ever had Ask for Marta. She is the nicest and kindest host i have ever met.

Bathroom with a View
Generally, a very nice place to stay - very new and clean. Four story walk up, although there is a luggage lift. Located at the bottom of the hill by the river - 10 minute walk to Ribera. Two issues have me giving less than a 10. The air conditioner was set to 17 degrees and could not be changed. The bathroom door was clear glass, with no curtain.

Best stay in Porto, Portugal
It was a beautiful hotel so close to downtown and yet it was not noisy at all. Close to some Historical places and wonderful restaurants!

Very nice, clean, cute, small room with comfy bed and view of the river. Visually it has some wow factor. Hostess was amazing. Negatives: constant sounds and thin walls. No air vent in bathroom + wood floor in bathroom = moldy mildew smell in bathroom (likely from under the wood floor because the place was spotless clean)

Good service in a slightly uncomfortable place
I booked this hotel mainly due to the river view, since it was a very special occasion with my fiancé. In fact, in the booking, it was clearly stated that I would have a bed with a riverside view. At the end, I got a small room with no windows (except for one that was impossible to open). The room was clean but small and, given the lack of windows, with no air circulation at all. The personnel was aware of the mistake and tried to compensate with free breakfast. I highly appreciate their kindness but I left the place a little bit disappointed.

I had great time in this hotel , the hotel is well connected with transportation and not far from anything..i had a wonderful view from my room on the river..the size of the room is big and everything is clean. Marta provided us with a lot of useful information about the city such as the main attractions and the best places where you can eat food

Dejligt byhotel
Rigtig dejlig placering, med ca 15 min gang til Gaia, hvor alle portvinshuse ligger. Meget lille værelse, men dejlig seng og badeværelse. Vil absolut anbefale det til par, men ikke så egnet til børnefamilier.

séjour en couple de 2 nuits
Bel hotel proche du centre ville et réseau tramway et bus. Belle chambre avec beaux volumes, rien à reduire sauf a part l'isolation phonique à améliorer - bruits de la rue. De ma part j'y retournerai certainement. Accueil tres chaleureux.

Foi muito agradável nossa estadia! Atendimento de todos muito cordial! Tudo muito limpo, cama confortável, toalhas novas, macias e perfumadas. Ficamos num quarto de frente para o rio, com sacada e, apesar de pequeno, nos acomodamos muitíssimo bem! O chuveiro também é ótimo e o secador de cabelo excelente. Café da manhã, deixado na bandeja para cada habitação, arrumado com muito capricho. Apesar disso, para nós, fez falta a opção de ovos mexidos ou omeletes. Mas, não tendo um funcionamento de “hotel” propriamente, deu para compreender o fato de o café da manhã ser reduzido. Quanto à localização, é excelente! E, para quem queira comer um bacalhau com batatas, simplesmente, maravilhoso, não deixe de ir no restaurante “Caseirinho”. Foi indicado pela Marta, recepcionista super simpática do Oporto Miragaia e, sem dúvida, foi o melhor prato de bacalhau que comemos por lá.

Merveilleux séjour !
Très bon séjour à Porto ! Hôtel très bien situé, dans un quartier calme, proche des transports et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Hôtel très propre, super confortable et personnel très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Je vous le recommande vraiment pour vos futurs voyages !

Tuvimos que cancelar nuestra estada por enfermedad, y no nos quisieron devolver el dinero. Entiendo que haya que pagar para poder cancelar sin razón, pero cuando se trata de una causa mayor como una enfermedad podrían ser más humanos.
