Nomad's Boulevard Flats - Suite & Terrace 2

Unwind from a busy day of exploring in the comfort of your own Nomad's Suite & Terrace in Bonfim - a neighborhood cherished by the locals and loved by the tourists.



Ideal for solo travelers, this studio apartment is equipped with a double bed and has the capacity for a total of 2 adults.



On the ground floor of a classic property renovated in 2019, our Suite & Terrace 2 is oriented towards the back of the building, benefiting from excellent sound insulation. Its large private patio includes a wood porch and an outdoor dining set, protected by a cane-line sunshade.



Facing the patio, the kitchen area is equipped with a small freezer/refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kitchenware, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, and a capsule coffee machine.



Even though no couch is available, the apartment still provides for a small lounging area with a Smart TV, with apps like YouTube available. The entire studio has Wi-Fi connectivity and AC (hot & cold).



Towels, linens and toilet paper are provided for up to 2 guests. The sleeping area has a closet with iron and an ironing board, and the bathroom is equipped with shower gel and a hairdryer.



At the doorstep of the building our guests will find a Pharmacy, a Pastry Shop, an Italian Restaurant, a small Grocery Store, and our main office, open Mon to Fri, from 09 AM to 06 PM.



Public transports are just around the corner with several bus stops and the majority of metro lines available (including the one for the Airport and Campanhã’s Train Station).



For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.



A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
