In the heart of Porto, just a short easy 6 minute walk from Sao Bento train station this gem of an aparthotel has everything you need. Upon check in you get helpful info on the close supermarket and all the sights. The reception team are wonderful and always helpful. Stayed in room 2D which was spacious, clean and quiet since the bedroom window faced the garden and with the AC you don’t hear much else. Will return again to stay.

Les appartements sont très bien situés, facile d’accès et l’accueil est très chaleureux. Le seul commentaire négatif est à propos de la propreté en général. Les draps et serviettes sont propres mais les murs et le tapis sont très sales. Un bon nettoyage ferait le plus grand bien.

This accommodation is clean, well appointed and very centrally located in Porto. The office staff was very helpful with tour suggestions and arrangements. Bedrooms upstairs with bathroom down was a little odd but manageable. I recommend.

The apartment is very clean and spacious for 6 people. People at reception is very approachable and helpful. The location is very convenient and central to everything within walking distance. Would love to stay here again.

Good location. Central to all sights, dining, and shopping. However, the apartment had a dampness to it and had a smell since we were on the street level right next to an alley way. The apt was not very cleaned but had what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay in Porto! The staff at RVA Porto Central Flats was terrific - Anna even walked us up to our flat and gave us a mini-tutorial about Porto! The flat's location couldn't be better - it's walkable to everything. The facilities were fine, the elevator was a joy after a day of walking the hills of Porto, and a coffee maker we know how to use was a treat! We highly recommend this lodging and their management team!

Amazing!!
Amazing!! Just amazing!! From check in to check out, everything ran smoothly. Location was perfect. Close enough to city center but away from all the construction in sao bento transit area. Short steep walk to Ribeira. I will definitely come back again!!

Absolutely amazing stay, and location was fantastic. Quaint little apartment with dreamy Porto views and not crazy busy streets that you hear partiers but busy enough to hear life happening outside. Would recommend 10/10, extremely clean, comfortable and the stand were fantastic 10/10 too!

Centrally located amazing find!
The stay was fantastic! We had just a small amount of difficulty finding the check-in office as it’s on the corner of the street (beside the street address number) but apart from that it was a fantastic stay. The apartment was very clean and extremely central to everything! Would 100% recommend staying here

Raquel was a wonderful hostess. She helped us whenever we had a question from months before our stay to the end of our stay. She arranged for us to be picked up from the airport. And graciously secured our luggage before our room was ready and at the end of our stayed.

The best place, great start to our trip.
Location was perfect, so close and easy walk to the river, to great restaurants, sights, and the Sao Bento train station. The bed was super comfortable, blackout curtains awesome and though we were on a main street, it was super quiet at night. I was super impressed. But most of all, the staff who worked in the office next door were soooo helpful and nice. I forgot her name, she was petite, had black hair to her shoulders, her son was with her. I had some questions and she was most helpful. She took her time, shared information, was very friendly, and made me feel comfortable. We really appreciated her extra touch. Will recommend this place and would love to come back in the future.

The hotel location is very convenience however it is noisy, the building is old so there is an unpleasant smell all the time.

Cute apartment! Very clean and nice!
Greattttt place! Super cute, amazing location. The pull out beds were the best pull outs I’ve slept on. Not like American pull outs. Super clean! The windows were a tiny thin and I could hear the cars driving in the living room at night by but I’m super sensitive to that stuff. I’d stay here again 100%!!!!

Beautiful Apartment With A View Of The City
Perfect location and a great view of the city. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Will stay again in the future. On con was the pillows - very flat and could use a few extras (we did not ask for any so likely could've received a few).
