Modern and newly remodelled, beautiful studio apartment located downtown in the heart of Porto, next to the famous art galleries in Cedofeita.
From the amazing balcony on the 4th floor, you can enjoy the great view of Praça Carlo Alberto and Clérigos.
The apartment is an excellent starting point to discover Porto’s top attractions by foot and stroll through the historic streets.
Enjoy the light and bright apartment with a homely atmosphere; fully equipped, cosy and welcoming.
The space
The apartment is a large studio apartment with a table for working and eating, sofa, lounge chair, TV, internet and a queen bed. The sofa can easily be turned into a bed and three people can sleep there comfortably. The windows can be closed at night by beautiful, classic wooden doors. The apartment has a heater.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer and an induction cooktop.

The bathroom includes a shower, hair dryer and heater.

The balcony is perfect for a sunny breakfast, taking in the morning atmosphere while sipping your coffee with fresh bread or a pastry from the local bakery just around the corner. At night, you can enjoy a drink while watching the stars.
The apartment is located in the pedestrian street, in a quiet zone.

The building has an elevator.
On the charming Praça Carlos Alberto you often find markets with local artists offering their art for sale. In this park you will find benches under trees inviting you to immerse yourself in this authentic, calm environment, sometimes enriched by street musicians.
Many little stores and cafés in the neighborhood invite you to enjoy the notorious good hospitality of the locals.

There is a small supermarket and bakery just on the other side of the street.

Parking: it is possible to park on the street, but most of the time it is hard to find a space. You can make use of several paid parking garages nearby.

Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. For the first days the basic amenities are provided: samples of shower gel, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, cleaning products, cooking basics, etc.

Access to the building is done with an electronic code on the main door and the keys are in a safe situated next to the apartment door. These codes will be transmitted by message on the day of your arrival.
