Great Location, poorly cared for, need help..

The area was great, close to everything. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance. Need to have a warning of major construction across the street with a large crane starting around 8 am. The back room has an exhaust vent from the restaurant downstairs running all night just outside the window. found it very unusual, a place that sleeps 4 or more only had 2 coffee mugs, the guest bathroom toilet seat was falling off. The kicker was stripping the bed and seeing the nasty, stained mattress we were sleeping on. It just shows that no one cares about the guest.
