We really enjoyed our stay at the Rex. The hotel is in a beautiful heritage building, but the facilities are modern and comfortable. The staff was helpful and welcoming. It's located in a quieter area, but a very short walk to all the action. We will stay here again.

Quiet, modernized rooms in traditional building. Limited secure car parking under the building. About 10 minutes walk to the restaurant/business district, a bit farther to the historic district. Overlooks a nice park, which unfortunately was under renovation when we visited, but should be great when it reopens. Friendly helpful staff.

Porto for 5 nights

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect it was at the top of every sights, everything was i walking distances. Though you di need to like walking and up hill a lot. For me it was perfect. Standard breakfast, nice bed and room. The roof in every room is gorgeous. The staff was really lovley! The only minus is the cleaning goid be better, but it was ok. As a solo traveller i felt safe.
