THE SPACE
Modern and cozy, it easily accommodates one to four people with the privacy and comfort you need as each floor has:

- a balcony (one on each floor) overlooking one of the most typical and picturesque streets of the city
Not only does it provide a peaceful and relaxed place to stay, but it is also a great starting point for exploring the city on foot or by transport, as you can easily find buses, taxis, the train and metro station (with direct connection to the airport). 4 minutes walk.
If you come by car, there are several public and private parking options at an additional cost.
Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with a very comfortable king size double bed, fitted with heating, wardrobe, extra blankets, 32 ”TV with national and international channels, Wi-Fi and a nice balcony with table and chairs. so you can enjoy street views and typical city rooftops. On this floor you will find a full bathroom with a shower cubicle, a hairdryer, a shampoo, a shower gel and towels.
On the lower floor you will find an excellent living room / kitchen with a king size sofa bed (1,80x2,00) with extra comfortable mattresses that guarantee you the perfect rest, a balcony, a TV (32 ”) and a bathroom. Also on this floor is the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, hob and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, crockery and all necessary utensils. A dining table and chairs are also available so you can enjoy your meals peacefully.

Entire house with two floors, one bedroom, two bathrooms, two balconies, kitchen and living room.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Adjacent to the building are numerous shops, cafes, traditional grocery stores, pharmacies, supermarkets and shopping centers. In terms of gastronomy this is the best street in the whole city as it is here that you will find the best restaurants in Porto to taste the authentic Porto dishes, such as the famous and typical francesinha or the ham sandwiches, which is right next to Praça. of the Poveiros. I would be happy to advise you to the good local restaurants nearby where you don't have to spend a lot of money to eat good traditional food.
You can explore all major points of interest on foot and within walking distance: Lello Bookstore, Majestic Cafe, Bolhao Market, Santa Catarina Street, Clerigos Tower, Aliados Avenue, Sao Bento Station , the Ribeira, the Douro River, the Ponte D. Louis I, the Port Wine Cellars, etc…

When booking for 2 people, only the double bed in the room will be made.
The sofa bed will only be made if the reservation is for 3/4 people.
If booking for 2 people and wanting to sleep in separate beds, the 3rd guest fee must be paid.
