If you want a beautiful view of Porto this hotel is the right choice! The hotel is beautiful and all attractions, Restaurant’s, bars and sight seeing are just walking distance. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. A quick 3 to 5 minute walk down to the river. The staff were very friendly, helpful and at your beck and call. I highly recommend this property. The tasting with wine pairing was absolutely fabulous. Book your stay you won’t regret it.

Its a beautiful hotel, the rooms were stunning - spacious, modern and facilities like wardrobe space, tea/coffee facilities and bathroom. Staff were excellent - very helpful with things to do, places to go and general information. The location was also great - lots of places to eat and drink around but equally easy to get to the city centre on foot. Although it 25 mins walking so not perhaps for everyones liking.

Amazing hotel, you’d be foolish not to book.

The Trivoli Kopke is an amazing stay. While people generally choose the stay in the old town I would strongly recommend the Trivoli Kopke. The staff are incredibly friendly and serve a tasty port on arrival - always a good start to any stay! The rooms are modern and clean - granted the hotel is very new and it shows! Getting to the old town is easy with a cable car that takes you to the top of the Louis Bridge from the hotel. The pool facilities are good and the views of the old town from the rooms are amazing. And, it was an absolute bargain through the Hotels.com app/site! I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay the Tivoli Kopke. I stayed for a long weekend and was amazed with this fantastic hotel. It felt luxurious. The facilities were outstanding (such as the pool and sauna) and very walkable to the luis I bridge and local restaurants. It was my first time in Porto and will not be the last. I luckily, chose a weekend when a festival was taking place, adding to the charm of the city.

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing !!! My only frustration was that for a 5 star hotel there where only 16 sun beds available and residents had to lay on the grass!! Also it would take 30 minutes for drinks and food at poolside bar . Other than that everything was lovely

Beautiful hotel with superb rooms and very clean. Just keep in mind it’s not that easy to reach, and after a long day exploring the city, the climb up might not suit everyone. I didn’t mind it though. The staff generally are friendly. I felt some of them could benefit from more training. The only downside for me was the pool area. It gets quite busy and there aren’t enough sun-beds for guests.

This is perhaps one of the worst 5-star hotels I've been to. The staff was not particularly warm or helpful. There are so many operational hiccups (e.g., I called room service to order dinner around 6pm. It took me 8-9 attempts before someone picked up the call). The toiletry items were not refilled when they were used up... Yes, the hotel has a nice view and pool. But I would not come back to this hotel if I were to visit Porto again.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Tivoli Hotel, Porto From the moment we arrived, the Tivoli Hotel impressed us with its elegance and warmth. What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff—everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Their hospitality made the experience feel genuinely personal and memorable. Each morning began with a phenomenal breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options in a serene setting. It was the perfect way to start the day. The spa area is absolutely gorgeous—a tranquil escape that invites relaxation and rejuvenation. After a long day exploring the city, it was a true haven. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. The attention to detail in both décor and amenities made it easy to unwind. Overall, our stay at the Tivoli Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto!
