Very nice new hotel. Good size room with nice decor, bedding etc. Great pool with lovely views of Porto over the river. Quick walk down to the restaurants along the river at Gaia and easy access to Porto over the bridge. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved my stay the Tivoli Kopke. I stayed for a long weekend and was amazed with this fantastic hotel. It felt luxurious. The facilities were outstanding (such as the pool and sauna) and very walkable to the luis I bridge and local restaurants. It was my first time in Porto and will not be the last. I luckily, chose a weekend when a festival was taking place, adding to the charm of the city.

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing !!! My only frustration was that for a 5 star hotel there where only 16 sun beds available and residents had to lay on the grass!! Also it would take 30 minutes for drinks and food at poolside bar . Other than that everything was lovely

Beautiful hotel with superb rooms and very clean. Just keep in mind it’s not that easy to reach, and after a long day exploring the city, the climb up might not suit everyone. I didn’t mind it though. The staff generally are friendly. I felt some of them could benefit from more training. The only downside for me was the pool area. It gets quite busy and there aren’t enough sun-beds for guests.

This is perhaps one of the worst 5-star hotels I've been to. The staff was not particularly warm or helpful. There are so many operational hiccups (e.g., I called room service to order dinner around 6pm. It took me 8-9 attempts before someone picked up the call). The toiletry items were not refilled when they were used up... Yes, the hotel has a nice view and pool. But I would not come back to this hotel if I were to visit Porto again.

Great location and beautiful design, but service needs attention. The hotel is in a fantastic location — close enough to explore Porto easily, but far enough away to enjoy a sense of calm when returning. The interior design throughout is stunning: contemporary, stylish, and filled with interesting artwork. Our room was modern and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The shower has an open design without a door; it didn’t bother us, but it may be worth noting for others. Where the hotel falls short is service. The pool bar was slow and inconsistent, and the main bar, while pleasant, lacked atmosphere and service was again slow — we were even forgotten about a couple of times when settling the bill. At the Sky Bar, the views are wonderful, but service was hit-and-miss with occasional incorrect drinks and long waits. Housekeeping was variable: our room was cleaned only 3 out of 5 days, and turndown was provided on 4 of the 5 days (though once it was offered unusually early, before the daily clean). All of the staff we met were very friendly, but service needs to mature and become more consistent if the hotel is to deliver the exceptional experience its setting and design promise.

We have decided to never return to this hotel. The customer service from the “customer relations” lady was very unprofessional. When we arrived to our room we noticed the AC wasn’t working. We went to inform the front desk but the lady told us to wait in our hot room and see if the tech could fix it. I felt so bad for my 6 month old baby who was fussing from being overheated but the lady had no compassion and proceeded to tell us that if the ac didn’t get fixed they might not be able to give us a room of the same value nor she would be able to refund us the difference for a smaller room, which we ultimately didn’t want because of our baby’s crib. For a moment I was really concerned on what would happen. My husband politely kept asking for another room but she insisted we wait. I don’t think that guests should ever feel concerned about their stay or disappointed on their hotel choice. In addition, we saw how guests were offered water and port wine upon check in. Sadly, it was never offered to us until the bellboy began walking us to our room and finally poured us some.

What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff—everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Their hospitality made the experience feel genuinely personal and memorable. Each morning began with a phenomenal breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options in a serene setting. It was the perfect way to start the day. The spa area is absolutely gorgeous—a tranquil escape that invites relaxation and rejuvenation. After a long day exploring the city, it was a true haven. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. The attention to detail in both décor and amenities made it easy to unwind. Overall, our stay at the Tivoli Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto!

Hotel impecable inaugurado en 2025, con piscina exterior y spa incluidos, ambos con vistas espectaculares de Oporto.Personal muy servicial tanto en piscina (Leonardo), como en el spa. Renato, de recepción, nos abrió las bodegas para que pudieramos entrar a verlas. El centro de Oporto a 15 minutos andando.
