Welcome to our spacious villa in Vila Nova de Gaia, perfect for families and groups seeking comfort and privacy. With 4 en-suite bedrooms, AC and TV in every room, a bright living/dining area for 10, and a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll feel right at home. Outdoors, relax by the private pool, lounge under the pergola, or enjoy meals by the BBQ and dining table. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants and shops, this villa is the ideal retreat for your holiday. 

Welcome to our spacious villa in Vila Nova de Gaia, perfect for families and groups who want to enjoy comfort, privacy, and plenty of shared spaces.

    3 bedrooms with queen beds, each sleeping 2 guests
    1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 4 guests

- A bright living room and dining area with seating for 10, so everyone can share meals together indoors
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking

The Location:

Set in a peaceful neighborhood of Vila Nova de Gaia, the villa is just minutes from restaurants and shopping. A variety of restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk, the metro station is 7 minutes away, and a bus stop is only 1 minute from the property. The Douro River can be reached in a 25-minute walk, or by taking 6 bus stops or 4 metro stops.

Parking: 
There are several street parking options available right in front of the house and nearby. It costs about 8 Euros to park the car there for an entire day. Weekends and holidays are free. You can pay by coins or through the Telpark app.
