Virtudes City Lofts is a lovely and newly renovated property from old building. We rent a standard room with full kitchen and a small balcony where you can sit for a cup of coffee, drink a glass of wine and have meals. The room is small but functional enough for couples staying there. The room is clean, comfortable and elegant decorated. The air conditioning worked well.

Beautiful room with beautiful view of the river, just like on the picture. Great location as well, about 10-15 minutes walk to most attractions. The host was great at communication. The only thing is initially we were charged the wrong amount for the city tax, which was confusing why that happened . Make sure to double check how many euros per person a day for the city tax.

The location is perfect and such a charming area. The unit is clean and fresh. The only issue was that our code did not work at check in and we had to wait for 1/2 hour at the unit after a full day of travelling for the host to get back to us with the correct check in information. The room was very nice with large windows with an authentic classic style, still with modern equipment in the kitchen part. Lots of space and air with a glimpse of the river looking south. The best part is the hotels very central position if you want to explore the old town with all its old and narrow streets and classic houses. And of course with all the options to many nice restaurants, pubs and cafes very close and the river side places within 10 min walking distance. Many thanks to the staff and management staff the hotel that was responding quickly over Whatsup and Expedia messages as well. We will be back.

Communication with the host was easy. The accommodations were well-appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. In the cleanest and most modern way possible, the apartment has old-world charm. I do wish the check-in could have been electronic. I was uncomfortable with leaving my Passport info on a form in the apartment. (I realize there was a website to leave that info. It was not really user-friendly.) Aside from that, the location was fun and central to everything happening in Porto. It's a great stay in Porto.

The stairs are very steep and there’s no one to help you. It’s essentially two flights for every floor. Pillows aren’t great. Fake plants are dusty and take up space in areas that you need room. Location to the bus is very good!

Virtudes City Lofts was an excellent place to stay in Porto! The loft was clean, bed was comfortable and the proximity to great restaurants and shops was key. I would highly recommend as a perfect place to stay when visiting Porto.

We enjoyed staying here. The restaurants in the area are good, not far from the tram and Clegis cathedral square. Easy pick up site with Uber. If yiu don’t need a car, don’t rent one. The parking g lit up the hill at Justice was 32 euros per day. A car is not needed in Porto.
