Right across from the beach and just a few minutes from the Port Wine Cellars, WOW, and Porto’s historic centre, it’s the ideal choice for a holiday, business trip, or an unforgettable getaway.

Wave 2.2 was carefully designed to provide a comfortable, modern, and functional experience.
Each room has been designed to make guests feel at home from the very first moment, offering a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere and all the essential amenities for both short- and long-term stays.
The combination of its proximity to the beach and easy access to Porto makes this apartment an excellent choice for families, couples, friends, or business travellers.


Layout:
2 Suites: Two spaces designed for complete relaxation. The master suite features a comfortable double bed, while the second suite offers two single beds. Both are equipped with high-quality mattresses, built-in closets, individual climate control, and a private bathroom. The second suite also stands out for its elegant bathroom equipped with a double sink, providing greater comfort and convenience during your stay.

03 Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms and one half-bath.

Living Room: A bright and modern space, equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a comfortable sofa bed (ideal for additional guests or children).

Designer Kitchen: A culinary enthusiast’s dream—it’s fully equipped. For your downtime, you’ll also have access to an AirFryer, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and a selection of handy small appliances to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a delicious dinner.

Private Balcony: Furnished with comfortable seating, it’s the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or end it with a glass of Port wine al fresco.

Parking space included inside the building, with direct access via lift—convenience and security for a worry-free stay.



In accordance with local law, a temporary lease agreement must be signed after the reservation is confirmed.

Quiet Hours: To respect the peace and quiet of the condominium’s neighbors, quiet hours must be strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Parties: Parties or events are strictly prohibited in the apartment or in the building’s common areas.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas.

Guest Registration (Legal Requirement)
In accordance with current Portuguese law, it is mandatory to collect identification information (passport or ID) from all guests before or at the time of check-in for reporting to SEF/AIMA.
- You may request an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost: 70€ per stay).
- Children under 2 years of age can be accommodated in a cot (advance reservation required).
- There is a digital document containing detailed rules regarding the property; the link is posted in the apartment.

? IMPORTANT NOTICE — SHORT-TERM LEASE AGREEMENT

Dear Guest,

To comply with Portuguese law applicable to short-term/transitional lease agreements, confirmation of your reservation is subject to the signing of a Transitional Lease Agreement (sent digitally prior to check-in).

What you need to know before booking:

Documentation: After booking, you will be asked to provide a valid form of identification (passport or national ID card) for all guests so that the contract can be drawn up.

Digital Signature: The contract will be sent via email for a simple online signature (at no cost to you) and must be signed before the access codes are provided.

Purpose: The contract serves exclusively to formalise the temporary transfer of the property for transitional purposes during the dates reserved on the platform.

By making the reservation, the guest declares that they are aware of and agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before booking!

The amenities may only be used by registered guests;
- Subscriptions to channels not included in the TV package will incur an additional charge;
- If keys or the remote control are not returned, a fee of 100€ will be charged for each set of keys and each remote control.
- If you leave the keys inside the house during your stay, an extra fee will be charged according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.: €50; any other day or time: €100.
- We promote the sustainable use of resources: charges may apply for excessive consumption;
- Trash must be placed in the dustbin.
- An additional cleaning service is available during your stay for a fee of 70 €.
- The property offers self-check-in: however, after 10:00 PM, we cannot guarantee assistance upon arrival;
- If you choose to check in person, please provide your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes, the host may leave, and a new appointment will be required, subject to availability. Check-in after 10:00 PM requires prior confirmation and incurs an additional fee of €25;
- Failure to check out by the scheduled time will result in a charge of €25 for each hour you are late.
- Treat the house as if it were your own. Leave everything as you found it.
