"Man kann es nur so zusammenfassen: Ab der Buchung, der Kommunikation vorab, dem Kennnenlernen des sehr netten Vermieter-Paares, der Schlüsselübergabe, der wirklich wunderschönen kleinen Wohnung, der schönen Terasse mit Meerblick, der lässigen Zweiten Terrasse zum Chillen (mit Aussendusche), über die Sauberkeit und Funktionalität, bis zu den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten durch das Vermieterpaar und am Ende eine schnelle, unkomplizierte Wohnungsrückgabe....es war alles superperfekt und hat uns alles sehr gefallen. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche, trotz der Hitze, verbracht. Die Wohnung war angenehm, auch ohne Klimaanlage. Eine unbedingte Empfehlung, wenn man auf den großen Luxus verzichten kann und nicht zu viel Platz benötigt.Einziger, aber nur sehr kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die etwas beschwerliche Anfahrt und die Parksituation. Aber auch das ist eigentlich kaum erwähnenswert. Wir waren im T7 unterwegs und sind überall durchgekommen und konnten auch immer in der Nähe parken.Also: Alles Top! Diese Preis/ Leistung ist kaum zu schlagen!"

"Sehr schönes Haus mit schönem Pool für 9 Personen. Sauber, top ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht.Fußläufig zur Küste, traumafter Blick.Der Gastgeber ist kommunikativ und sehr hilfsbereit.Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Lokation uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nur zur Info: es gibt Mücken dort (kleine Fliegen und Moskitos)."

"Eine wunderschöne und vielfältige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was das Herz begehrt:INNEN:Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Herd sowie sehr geräumigem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, ein schickes Bad mit großer Dusche, stark bequeme Betten und ein kleiner, gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit TV.Ein tolles Plus war auch die Waschmaschine, gerade in den warmen Monaten optimal. Dank der Fliegengitter überall hatten wir auch keinerlei Probleme mit Insekten/Schnaken usw. und es war innen angenehm kühl.AUSSEN:Terzorio ist ein kleiner Ort ziemlich weit oben am Berg, dementsprechend hat man eine atemberaubende Sicht auf's Meer sowohl von der schattigen Terrasse aus als auch vom wunderbar angelegten Garten mit Blumen, Bäumen und Sträuchern. Auch ringsum ist es einfach wunderbar grün und super-ruhig.Am Tisch kann man im Schatten entspannt essen, dazu gibt es einen fest eingebauten Grill und viele Liegen auf der Terrasse und im Garten. DIE GASTGEBER:Antonella und Nello haben sich bereits im Vorfeld sehr bemüht und haben uns gleich am Ankunftstag mit Geschenken wie Wein und Zitronen bedacht und alles in Ruhe gezeigt sowie tolle Ausflugstipps genannt, während des ganzen Aufenthalts waren sie immer als Ansprechpartner da, das haben wir so und vor allem auch so persönlich sehr selten erlebt, überragend.ANSONSTEN:Parkplätze findet man immer recht gut, man ist von Terzorio aus binnen 10 Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand.FAZIT:Absolut empfehlenswert, Urlaub, wie er sein soll, bis bald"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la magnifique demeure d'Andréas, une maison en pierre sur 3 étages à l'italienne avec une jolie terrasse tout en haut. Très calme très propre. Charmant petit village avec une belle adresse la buona Vita. On est vite dépaysé comme personne ne parle quasiment le français mais c'est ça qui fait aussi son charme !! De très bons souvenirs."
