The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a cosy double couch bed, a TV for relaxing evenings, and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a lovely balcony, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the ground floor.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the picturesque village of Porto Moniz, this charming coastal area is known for its stunning natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Surrounded by dramatic cliffs and the vast Atlantic Ocean, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views, crystal-clear natural swimming pools formed by volcanic rocks, and a tranquil environment perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature.

The area also offers a selection of cosy restaurants serving traditional Madeiran cuisine, local shops, and scenic walking trails that showcase the island’s lush landscapes. Whether you’re seeking adventure, gastronomy, or pure relaxation, Porto Moniz provides a truly memorable experience in one of Madeira’s most unique and beautiful settings.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira Airport is a 65-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
