The living/dining room provides access to the patio. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with an exit to the garden, and another room with two beds, also with an exit to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There are two showers, bidets, and toilets in the property.
