Ca del Lac, just a short walk from Lake Maggiore

Ca del Lac is a well-maintained two-room apartment of about 50 square metres located at Via Roma 84, in a very central location in Porto Valtravaglia. The Lake Maggiore waterfront and the boat landing are about 100 metres away and can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. A simple and practical base for couples, solo travellers, and small families who want to experience the town by the water.

The Space
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is compact, cool, and well-organized.

The rooms are designed for a comfortable and functional stay. The double beds are spacious and comfortable, ideal for a good night’s rest after a day out.

Guest Access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves, with no shared spaces.

The entrance is convenient, even with luggage.

Other things to keep in mind
Right outside the apartment, you’ll find cafes, bakeries, small shops, and essential services; and nearby you’ll also find a beach, a laundromat, and a coworking space.

Bus stops and the train station offer alternatives for getting around without a car: it’s always a good idea to check for updated routes and schedules.

There is no private or reserved parking space. You may pull up to the entrance to unload your luggage; for parking, please use the public car parks in the area, where availability varies depending on the day, time, and season.
