Wonderful apartment with spectacular views

We stayed with our 3 sons (15-19 years old) in this beautiful apartment. It is fully equipped: kitchen, small living room, 2 large bedrooms (with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms. Fantastic and very large balcony with a spectacular view of the salinas, the mountains and the bay of Porto Vecchio. Very nice pool with enough sunbeds. A good bakery and supermarket within a 5 minutes walk. The available WiFi was not enough for us, but with one message to Luca (the owner) this was resolved within half an hour. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back!

Fabulous place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and a good size for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. It was very close to the pool, but as it is on the 3rd floor it also has a gorgeous view of the sea. A perfect place for a morning coffee! We loved being able to walk to the harbour within minutes and it was also so easy to get the free electric bus into the old town. We walked back each night as it’s not far at all. Luca was so helpful and happily gave me lots of restaurant and beach recommendations. Palombaggio beach was beautiful. A visit to Bonifacio is a must too. We’ll definitely be back!

Appartamento situato a 5 minuti a piedi da Marina di Porto Vecchio, funzionale e dotato di ogni confort, bella piscina con bar a sfioro. Il plus e’ dato da una grande terrazza che si affaccia su un verde giardino, sulle antiche saline e sulla marina di porto vecchio in lontananza in cui dove fare colazione in relax e cenare al fresco. Il proprietario, Luca, gentilissimo e veramente disponibile, pronto a dare consigli utilissimi e a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. Che dire di piu’…provare per credere

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette résidence, l’appartement est très propre, très agréable, proche du centre-ville. Commerce à proximité, très pratique. Große Wohnung mit sehr schönen Ausblick. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolle Terrasse. Riesiger Pool mit Poolbar und entspannter Atmosphäre. Pool mit durchgängig 1,60 m Tiefe, kein niedriger oder tieferer Bereich. Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Pizza und Supermarkt direkt vor der Anlage. In einem Schlafzimmer leider etwas Schimmelgeruch, wahrscheinlich wegen dem innenliegenden Bad.

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Anlage

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer super gepflegten Wohnanlage mit einem tollen Pool. Die fußläufige Lage zum Hafen und zur Altstadt haben wir sehr genossen. Lediglich die direkte Umgebung war nicht so einladend (Baustelle), was jedoch in der Anlage selbst nicht gestört hat. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank auch für das Willkommenspräsent. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer und in die Berge. Porto Vecchio selbst ist sehr touristisch und abends sehr überlaufen. Die Anlage Salina Bay ist toll, sehr gut gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Der Blick von unserem riesigen Balkon war super. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vielen Dank auch für das Begrüßungsgeschenk.

Ottima location a Porto Vecchio, appartato spazioso con vista spettacolare

L'appartamento è stato esattamente secondo le aspettative: spazioso, luminoso, con vista spettacolare sulle saline e con terrazzo molto spazioso, dove poter mangiare, trascorrere momenti piacevoli e stendere tranquillamente la biancheria. Il residence è dotato di una bellissima piscina ben curata. Facile comunicazione con il proprietario Luca, che ci ha dato anche buoni consigli su località e locali dei dintorni. Il voto è Ottimo! Da ritornarci di sicuro.

Une expérience mitigée

Cet appartement moderne est bien situé, à deux pas de la vieille ville de Porto Vecchio et du port de plaisance. Il fait partie d’un grand complexe touristique avec une belle piscine. Un peu sans âme à notre goût. Quelques irritants au regard du prix de la location : les sanitaires douches sont assez vétustes (joints noirs, douche qui s’écoule mal….), la poignée de la porte d’entrée cassée que l’on ne nous a pas remplacée…. La terrasse très grande est inutilisable en raison des moustiques et guêpes, nous avons passé toutes nos soirées à l’intérieur ce qui réduit du coup beaucoup l’espace…. Enfin les équipements sont minimes, pas de cafetière Expresso… les draps et serviettes doivent être réglés en plus (37,50 par personne !), ce qui nous paraît un peu mesquin au regard du standing du bien.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Merci à l'agence qui nous a remis les clés à l'arrivée de leur patience car notre vol a eu pas mal de retard. Un grand merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue très appréciable. Le logement est très propre, la literie confortable, la climatisation dans chaque pièce est un plus en cette période de forte chaleur et la vue tout simplement incroyable. La piscine est super. Il n'y a aucune nuisance sonore en journée et le soir dans la résidence qui était pourtant remplie.

Leider waren beide Toiletten / Dusche nicht sauber. Meine Frau fand es so schlimm, dass sie gleich nach der Ankunft rund 1 Stunde reinigte. Was ich nicht richtig fand, ist: Laut Beschreibung des Objekts ist die Wäsche einschließlich Handtücher inbegriffen. Etwa 4 Tage vor Anreise bekamen wir einen Anruf, ob wir die Wäsche benötigen und wenn ja, würden je Person ein Aufpreis in Bar zu zahlen sein.

Fabuleux!

Logement parfait pour une famille de 4 (dont deux grands enfants). Appartement spacieux et confortable avec toutes les facilités nécessaires. Et que dire de cette terrasse magnifique! à moins de 10 min à pied du port de Porto-Vecchio , et avec une supermarché ouvert 7/7 situé juste en face de l'entrée de la résidence. Nous espérons revenir très vite.
