About this property

Magnificent sea view in private residence with swimming pool. Located 300 m from the beach

  • Nice performance. Very comfortable villa of 52m² recently renovated, located upstairs.
    Magnificent sea view and shrub garden.
    Sea side terrace with barbecue and garden furniture
    Equipped with wifi access (free) and air conditioning in each room
    Composed of two bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a mezzanine with double bed
    Living room with TV and dining area
    American kitchen: 4 electric plates, traditional oven, fridge with freezer department
    Dishwasher and washing machine
    For the summer period (July-August, 2 weeks minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
    Elodie, with whom we have worked for many years takes care of your arrival, departure and if you need during your stay. Only a guarantee will be requested upon your arrival and returned upon your departure.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht von Santa Guilia. Liegt in der sehr gepflegten Anlage des Hotels Santa Guilia Palace. Sowohl im Wohnzimmer/Küche, als auch in jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine sehr leise und individuell steuerbare Klimaanlage. Die Concierge vor Ort ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Der Strand und der Pool sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schönes Appartment mit herrlichem Ausblick

Das Appartment liegt in der schönen Anlage von Santa Guilia Palace und man hat nur einen kurzen Fußweg zum herrlichen Strand! Der Balkon ist zu jeder Tageszeit phantastisch, allerdings sind einige Einrichtungsgegenstände (z.B. die Markise) in die Jahre gekommen. Toll ist aber, dass man seinen Hund mitbringen darf! Immer wieder zu empfehlen!

Super Meerblick von tollem Balkon

Wohnung entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung. Sie war sogar noch schöner wie die Fotos zeigen. Super toller Balkon mit Lounge-Garnitur, großem Tisch und Kamin zum Grillen. Strand mindestens 400 m zu Fuß. Liegen kann man am Strand mieten, jedoch sehr teuer (25 EUR pro Liege!)

Beautiful and peaceful spot

The villa has a magnificent view of the Santa Giulia bay from the balcony. That, combined with the lush Mediterranean ecosystem and amazing bird life make that balcony the only place you need to be. The villa also was comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring the mountains and trails in addition to the beach.

Fantastique

Cadre hydillique, la location est géniale, particulièrement bien équipée, moderne, très bien meublée, avec goût. La vue est fantastique, aucun vis-à-vis avec des espaces verts particulièrement bien entretenus. C'est une résidence de standing que je recommande vivement. Je reviendrai car après plus de 12 séjours en Corse, ce fut le meilleur, et de loin.
