Nice house with beautiful view
Overall we had a very nice stay in the house. The house was spacious and very well equipped. The airconditioning was really a big plus as we were at the house in the middle of a heatwave. Around the house there is always a shadowplace to sit during the day ( and sun as well of course). The pool is not that large but enough to cool down an we really liked the stairs in the pool where we sat in the water and read a book. And the views are beautiful.
The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood and it felt safe. However you should be aware that you are in the outskirts of a town and because the town is in the valley the noises of the town are carried (like cars and motors with loud exhaustion pipes, live music from a bar ocasionally) and we were unlucky to have some neighbors play music in the garden a few times. But maybe we are just spoiled as we live in a very quit neighborhood ourselves.
A few remarks\tips for the owner to futher improve the experience:
- the shower in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t flow very well, a floor wiper would really help to get rid of the access of water (the floor mop wasn’t well suited for this).
- an overview with emergency numbers and maybe some tips for shops, restaurants and insiders siteseeing tips ( not the standard folders) would be highly appreciated.
- personally we would flip the two beds of the middle room and the ensuite as the middle room had the bigger bed and the ensuite is likely to be used by the parents of the family.
