Very nice new house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people, with a large teak terrace covered with shade sails enjoying a very beautiful sea view; with swimming pool, secured by a rolling shutter and heated. It is located in the heart of a 10 hectare private property classified as a remarkable site surrounded by nature, surrounded by century-old umbrella pines.
It is located 300 meters from the magnificent Palombaggia beach
(2 mins walk) and has private access to the sea.
The house is fully air conditioned. It has all the comforts, tv, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, bbk. A us kitchen open to the living room with a beautiful sea view. Wireless.

Had a fantastic stay in Corsica. The villa is in a super location, with a great uninterrupted view of the sea. Beach is 5 mins walk away. The villa is well equipped and we especially appreciated the ability to cover the pool at night. Lucia was extremely helpful with recommendations and an all round great host.

Logement parfait, trés bien placé à 300 metres de la plage, il suffit d aller au bout du grand jardin de la villa pour se retrouver sur la plage. L'équipement de la maison est complet et de qualité. Enfin, nous avons été trés bien recus par la propriétaire. Rien à rediee !

Très jolie maison entretenue avec excellence. Comme neuve avec des finitions impeccables et une décoration contemporaine dans nos goûts. Rien ne manque en termes d’équipement. Très bon accueil. On a apprécié le service ménage. Belle vue et très calme. Le combo mer/chevaux est fou. Accès à la sublime plage de palombaggia à pied et en un rien de temps très facile. Nous avions peur de la circulation pour se déplacer faire les courses mais tout était fluide. Nombreux bons restaurants autour mais plutôt accessibles en voiture. Parfait pour les enfants. Beaucoup d’espaces extérieurs. On aurait aimé une chambre ou deux de plus pour les remplir 😊

Lucia's house is absolute paradise!! We had one of our best weeks of vacation ever staying here. House is beautiful and spotlessly clean, 300m from the beach, pool area is amazing, and Lucia is a great host!

Un emplacement magnifique, à une courte distance de marche de la plage. Une terrasse avec des places au soleil et à l'ombre, une vue de rêve, un appartement moderne et fonctionnel, une cuisine parfaitement équipée. Accueil chaleureux de Lucia, toujours prête à aider pendant le séjour.

Nous avons passé 10 jours chez Lucia pendant les vacance de la toussaint. La maison est très bien placée a 5 min à pied de la plage, au calme, et offre une vue magnifique de la terrasse. Elle est décorée avec gout et rien ne manque. Nous avons été tres touchés par l’acceuil chaleureux de notre hôte, placard fournis des premiers basiques de cuisine, savons et shampoings dans les salles de bains, capsules Nespresso. Lucia nous donné pleins de recommandations sur les activités et restaurants du coin. Nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir.

Une location qui nous a séduit en tout point. Que cela soit pour l’intérieur, l'extérieur, la piscine sans compter le cadre, le calme et la proximité de la plage à pied. Merci aussi pour les jouets de plage pour le petit et l’accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Notre fils a adoré aller voir les chevaux tous proches. En 5 minutes à pied nous étions à la plage, la piscine est parfaitement adaptée pour un enfant en bas âge et la propriétaire a toujours été là pour répondre à nos questions. En bref nous recommandons et nous reviendrons très prochainement!

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Stil eingerichtet und hat eine einfach wundervolle Lage mit Blick auf Pinien, Korkeichen, Pferde und das Meer. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einfach schön!

Un endroit merveilleux avec vue mer. Un maison contemporaine magnifique climatisée avec tout le nécessaire, double frigo, lave linge, sèche linge, nespresso, etc... Chambres spacieuses dont deux avec terrasse et une avec sa salle de douche privée. Grand espace de vie avec télé, wifi. Très belle terrasse avec vue mer et bord de piscine. Le soir vers 20h un sanglier vient rendre visite aux chevaux que nous nourissions le soir. La piscine traitée au sel est un réel bonheur. Tout le linge de maison est fourni ainsi que les draps de plage. La propriétaire sait rester discrète et répond toujours présente pour vous donner de bons conseils. C'est une personne adorable que je suis ravie d'avoir rencontrée. La location est haut dessus de nos espérances. D'une propreté irréprochable, c'est une magnifique parenthèse. Plage de palombaggia à 300m avec un accès par un chemin privé. Tout le domaine est privé et vous y accéder par un portail avec un bip. Allez y les yeux fermés le bonheur vous attend !

Maison refaite avec raffinement. Les chambres sont très claires. Literies neuves.. grands placards. Le séjour très spacieux donne sur une terrasse extrêmement agréable. Il y a une cuisine avec îlot central bien pratique . La maison est près de la plage. On y accède par un chemin privé dans les arbres. Toute cette verdure contribue à la magie du site. La propriétaire est à l’ecoute Et très réactive. Bref! Un séjour merveilleux

We spent another wonderful holiday in Palombaggia. This time we enjoyed the marvellous and spacious new house. We will come back for sure!
