The living space consists of a living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, American fridge, a Nespresso coffee machine, etc.

There are two toilets.
The villa has air conditioning in all rooms and a WIFI connection is available and included.

-Heated and secure swimming pool of 12 * 4.5m and a terrace of 200m2. Enjoy a private heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing under the Corsican sun. Safety is paramount, and the pool is equipped with an electric shutter for peace of mind.
-120m2 Pool House: a relaxation area by the pool with a lounge and dining area with fridge, dishwasher, oven, barbecue, microwave and electric hobs, ideal for outdoor meals or cocktails at sunset. Private parking with possibility to park 3 cars.
-Petanque ground arranged.
