In a hamlet just outside Porto-Vecchio, this independent 19 m² cottage (a former water reservoir) is located on a property with three other rentals and the owners' house. It comprises: - Kitchen - Living room with a sleeping area including one 180x200 cm bed that can be joined to make two 90x200 cm beds - Shower room/WC Access to the cottage involves approximately thirty steps and some steep inclines. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation is not suitable for babies. Sea view from the terrace. - Shared wooded grounds of 4,500 m² - Private shaded garden of 200 m² - Terrace of 21 m² - Garden furniture - 2 sun loungers - Electric griddle - Shared pétanque court - Parking on the property - Air conditioning - Washing machine in a shared outdoor laundry room (shared with other accommodations) - Microwave - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Beds made upon arrival - Beach towels provided - Cleaning deposit of €40 if the cleaning option is not selected
