The apartment consists of a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, a double bedroom, camp bed in the living room, a bathroom with shower, and a small private courtyard/garden for the exclusive use of guests.

Amenities include air conditioning in both the double bedroom and the living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob.

Important Information

The apartment is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) of Portoferraio's historic centre. Access by car is not permitted from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, guests must park outside the ZTL area and reach the property on foot.

Important Notes:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a surcharge of €40.00.
Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
Linen: bed linen and towels are not provided. They can be rented up to 7 days before arrival. The cost is €40 for a double bed set and €20 for a single bed set. Linen must be collected exclusively from our office in Portoferraio.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
