Rommet vi fikk fungerte ikke som lovet og til tross for at vi hadde leid tre netter flyttet vi etter en natt og bestilte nytt hotell i samråd med hotelleier og hotels.com. Men det endte med at hotellet ikke betalte tilbake de to nettene og hotels.com svarte ikke på skriftlig klage til ledelsen. Vi endte opp med å betale for to hoteller de siste to nettene. Skikkelig elendig opplevelse. Så uproft.
