casa funzionale

casa non particolarmente bella all'interno ma funzionale e ben accessoriata. Ha un ampio cortiletto che i miei figli e noi abbiamo molto apprezzato. A tre minuti dalla via pedonale dove ci sono supermercatini negozi, bar etc. A meno di dieci minuti a piedi dal mare.I proprietari sono molto ospitali e disponibili. Noi siamo stati bene. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Ottimo alloggio per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante

L'alloggio è vicino al mare ed allo stesso tempo rimane incastonato nella cittadina di Portopalo comoda a tutti i servizi ed agli svaghi che offre la città. raccolta e comoda è provvista di tutte quelle cose che in una vacanza servono ma non si possono portare per problemi di spazio. la consiglio anche a chi ami visitare le città nei dintorni per l'ottima posizione geografica. Ottima per periodi fuori stagione per chi ama la vacanza culinaria.

Casa fresca e confortevole.

Casa situata a pochi passi dal mare,in una zona tranquilla vicina al centro e ad una moderna bambinopoli. L'ampio cortile e la fresca veranda la rendono particolarmente adatta alle famiglie con bambini piccoli che trovano in questo luogo un posto sicuro e fresco per giocare liberamente. Interni semplici e puliti, materassi comodissimi, utensili ed elettrodomestici di ogni tipo a disposizione. La signora Maria molto cortese attenta ha preparato perfino i giochi da portare in spiaggia per la mia bimba. A pochi minuti dalla splendida Marzamemi e da altri luoghi meravigliosi. Mi preme sottolineare anche la buona organizzazione comunale che propone incessantemente sagre, spettacoli e momenti culturali adatti a tutte le fasce di età. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Il nostro soggiorno a Portopalo è stato caratterizzato dal relax. zona tranquilla vicinissima al centro e a pochi passi dal mare e ad una grande bambinopoli. La casa con veranda e cortile è ideale per le famiglie con bambini che hanno a disposizione uno spazio sicuro per giocare. La signora Maria ha accolto la mia bimba con una grande busta piena di giochi per la spiaggia e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per acquisti e divertimenti. mi preme sottolineare anche la buona organizzazione comunale che propone sagre, spettacoli e momenti di intrattenimento adatti a tutte le età.

Casa accogliente e graziosa

Con i miei amici abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa vacanza a Portopalo di capopassero e devo dire che a rendere questa vacanza molto bella è stata anche questa casa molta carina e con tutti i comfort...la cosa più bella secondo me è la presenza di uno spazio all'esterno con tavolo e gazebo, e un barbecue a disposizione. La cosa che mi ha stupito è stato trovare la casa ben fornita di tutto (tovaglie, lenzuola, detersivi per i vestiti, lavabiancheria) I proprietari sono molto cordiali e attenti alla cura della casa e la signora molto premurosa soprattutto al verde all'esterno. Il mare è uno dei più belli della Sicilia e nei dintorni si può andare alla riserva di Vendicari o Noto con le sue bellezze. Sicuramente ritornerò in questo posto!

Accoglienza, gentilezza e posizione

Ludovico e la mamma (la signora Maria) ci hanno accolto come in famiglia. La casa è in una posizione invidiabile, basta fare 50 metri per essere in spiaggia e comunque nel pieno centro del paesino. La casa era pulitissima e tutto profumava di bucato. Siamo stati molto bene. Ritorneremo!

Ho soggiornato a Portapalo di Capopassero nell'appartamento di Ludovico la prima settimana di luglio. La casa è in una bella posizione,vicino al mare e vicino ai negozi e ristoranti del paese. L'appartamento è pulito e confortevole All'arrivo i proprietari ci hanno accolto con frutta e acqua fresca e buonissimi pomodorini. Lo spazio attrezzato fuori casa permette di poter mangiare all'aria aperta e c'è anche spazio per parcheggiare la macchina. Lo consiglierei.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE

IO E LA MIA FAMIGLIA ABBIAMO TRASCORSO UNA BELLA VACANZA A PORTO PALO. L'APPARTAMENTO SODDISFACEVA LE NOSTRE ESIGENZE E I PROPRIETARI SEMPRE DISPONIBILI CI HANNO VIZIATO, L'ESTERNO E' VERAMENTE PIACEVOLE DA VIVERE, ABBIAMO SEMPRE FATTO COLAZIONE E CENE ALL'APERTO CON UN CLIMA DELIZIOSO. IL CENTRO VICINISSIMO E' RICCO DI OTTIMI RISTORANTINI E LE BANCARELLE OFFRONO COSE PARTICOLARI DEL POSTO. IDEALE PER CHI COME NOI VOLEVA SPOSTARSI O RESTARE A GODERE LA SPIAGGIA A MENO DI CINQUE MINUTI. SENZA CONTARE CHE OGNI SERA NELLA PIAZZA PRINCIPALE C'ERA QUALCOSA DA VEDERE O DA ASCOLTARE.

Sicilia mon amour

Siamo arrivate a in Sicilia con la voglia di staccare dalla città, avendo fatto poche vacanze ad agosto, e per rilassarci in un ambiente tranquillo e poco stressante. Ed è quello che abbiamo trovato soggiornando a casa di Ludovico. La casa, infatti, è molto accogliente e godibile. E' al piano terra, quindi anche portare le valige è stato super agevole (si sa che le ragazze hanno sempre il bagaglio troppo pesante!!!). L'arredamento, semplice ma di buon gusto, scalda la casa. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la presenza di un'area esterna, sotto al gazebo, dove la sera potevamo gustarci degli aperitivi home-made. La casa si trova davvero a pochissima distanza dal mare. Inoltre la posizione nel paese consente in pochissimi minuti di fare la spesa, comprare il giornale o gustarsi una granita siciliana al bar. Mare super pulito e spiaggia molto bella. Ludovico è stato un ospite molto gentile, ci ha dato con pazienza tutte le indicazioni che ci servivano. Di nuovo grazie di tutto e, sicuramente, arrivederci a presto!!!!

I would like to say thank you for all Ludovico Lupo family. There is special thanks for Maria and Salvatore from all our family. We had an amazing time in your house. Everything was fantastic. All Ludovico family was very helpful and friendly. The weather was just fantastic. The house is very comfortable and suit for family holidays. It's just few steps from the beach. Thank u. Vacanza sui due mari........

Casa semplice e graziosa tipicamente estiva ,dotata di di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una tranquilla e rilassante vacanza. Anche i dipinti fanno la loro parte danno quel tocco di colore e vivacità. Fornito anche di un confortevole gazebo esterno dove poter cenare in totale privacy. Molto discreti ma disponibile e cordiali i proprietari che ci anno regalato una calorosa accoglienza. Da consigliare a tutti anche per la sua ubicazione vicino al mare e a due passi dal centro nonché a pochi chilometri da altre località turistiche di prestigioso interesse.

Ubicazione e funzionalita' ottima

Week-end di relax!

Piena soddiafazione per il soggiorno presso questa abitazione. La casa è molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort: perfetta per chi, come noi, ha scelto un soggiorno per un week-end ma anche per un soggiorno di media durata. Inoltre i proprietari sono persone veramente squisite, affabili e per nulla invadenti.Terremo sicuramente in considerazione quest'abitazione per eventuali altri soggiorni.
