Very elegant and well-maintained hotel with privileged views of Portree. It's within easy walking distance of town, though parking is also included. The room was excellent—our view faced the car park rather than the bay, but it was still very comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were incredible, and the staff were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend Cuillin Hills for a relaxing weekend away. The room was fantastic, the biggest room we’ve ever stayed in! It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a generous bath that made it feel extra luxurious. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. The location is also a big plus. It’s only about a 10-minute walk into town, with plenty of great restaurants close by. Our only small suggestion would be around breakfast. While the cooked breakfast menu was excellent and everything we ordered tasted delicious, we would have preferred the continental options to be set up as a buffet. Although you could order more than one item, we personally felt a bit awkward asking for more and would have enjoyed being able to choose freely. Overall, a beautiful hotel and a very enjoyable stay, we’d happily return.
