The view from the rooms were lovely and the morning breakfast was extremely good. The property itself could use a little TLC but things were cleaned and extremely handy for touring the north side of sky

great breakfast, great location but ultimately not worth £120 per night. my biggest issue with this property is the parking. if you have a small car, easy! but we have a large car & getting through the small entrance & exit way was a difficulty every time plus the trust we put in the other guests to not hit our vehicle was large.

Quaint, limited services
Charming, quiet, and not far from town. A little hard to find using GPS, but owners send a detailed email on how to get there. Breakfast is only available for one hour, so if you need to sleep in past 9a you’ll have to find somewhere else. There is a co-op grocery about 10 min away for prepared food and such, but there are no facilities at Loch Eyre to prepare anything. Not even a microwave. That would be nice to see even if it were in the common room where there is a small apartment sized fridge to put drinks. I would stay here again and would recommend giving it a try. Our Skye Holiday
Absolutely Wonderful, Proprietors' very friendly, rooms comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Breakfast excellent , also views across the loch, could not fault our stay

Great stay at Loch Eyre
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a balcony overlooking the loch. Both the bedroom & bathroom were spotlessly clean. Friendly welcome and we appreciated the recommendations for food - we thoroughly enjoyed The Galley Cafe down the road!

A Lovely Getaway
We had a great stay at Loch Eyre House! It is in a beautiful and convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of little touches to help us feel at home. The staff was also really helpful when we had questions about exploring the Isle of Skye.

Great Customer Service!
While there was an issue with our room, the management handled the entire situation perfectly. They not only found us a room with one of their sister guesthouses which was in the middle of the city but also refunded the entire trip. They were extremely professional and helpful though the entire process.

Simply the best!
This is the perfect place to stay if you want to discover the isle of skye! The house is just incredible, especially the bug room with the fire place, where you unwind after a day of adventure & travel! The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us great tips to explore the area. Amazing stay overall, highly recommend!

Nice big common area for relaxing in the evening with lots of big windows for a lovely open view of the loch below. Excellent central location for exploring all of Skye. Very clean, nicely decorated. Emily and Adam are the nicest hostess and host, just wonderful, made us feel like we were their only guests and I know they had a full house! Room was on the small side but was clean and comfortable. Nice en-suite bathroom with shower. Definitely would stay here again.

What a lovely stay we had at Loch Eyre House on Isle of Skye! The small hotel had a very welcoming feel. The decorating was modern and suited my tastes perfectly. The front sitting room was extremely enjoyable - so cozy at sunset! The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice. I enjoyed the welcome book with details about the owner's favorite things in the area and their story. I highly recommend staying here!

This is a great place. The owners are great hosts. The room very comfortable and even has a place to sit out & watch the sun set over the loch. An easy drive to town. Make a dinner reservation so you won’t be disappointed. We liked The Grannery but your hosts will recommend other places.

Emily and Adam were excellent hosts and would definitely return. They made breakfast earlier than it should of been one morning to suit our day which I thought was really nice and helpful. They were were chatty and made us feel comfortable. For anyone looking for somewhere relaxing and nice to stay I would recommend here.

Loch Eyre
The host was very nice, only saw her in the morning for breakfast. The room was clean & cozy but tiny. My luggage barely fit on the floor between the foot of the bed & the closet which obstructed the doorway. I’d take what I needed from my luggage then store it in the closet so we could walk out. We could here people talking in the next room or hallway. If you travel light, are out & about all day and just need a place to sleep the night then it’s an affordable stay.
