"The village of Silvermines is nestled on the side of Keeper mountain in a gorgeous valley with the amenities of Nenagh a quarter hour away by car and the beauty of Lough Derg and the Shannon River also very nearby. "We had a wonderful stay at Peter's home. We had ten people and the house was more than sufficient to give everyone their own bedroom, bathroom and space. "Our stay exceeded all expectations. Tom, the owner could not of been any nicer or helpful. The cottage was well stocked. Food markets in Tipperary were close and convenient. The cottage and garden are stunning. We highly recommend staying in the cottage if you are looking for a fairytale. "I spent all of July and August at Sean’s Lodge at Stonepark and I loved every minute of it. The Lodge was fully equipped with everything I could possibly need to have a comfortable stay and Sean was incredibly kind and helpful. The lodge was quiet and in a beautiful country location but only a 20 minute drive to Portumna and a 30 minute drive to Nenagh. I would definitely love to stay at the Lodge again. 10/10"

My one complaint would be that the shower pan didn't drain so I had to turn off the shower lather up and then rinse. Otherwise, it would have flooded the bathroom.
