"Lock box was not very visible I had to ask for directions to the property. The hallway to the apartment obviously getting work done but not very inviting. The apartment was very clean and lovely decorated but when we entered the apartment at 4pm is was absolutely freezing to the point where my children where actually shivering. We only warmed up when out for dinner. Check out is 9am. A very short turnaround to check in at 4pm and out at 9am. We did ask for later check out but were declined as quests coming in after us. But when I put into the app to book again it was free!!!! The outside space was not available as it did not appear safe red tape on stairs. "

"Very clean throughout the hotel,it has been upgraded since last time there. Entrance and check in all very nicely decorated. Lovely helpful staff in all areas…. Only thing I would have liked was fruit for breakfast.. I understand expense , but even a fruit bowl with a few choices would be nice. "
