Second bedroom with full /twin bunk, and second twin. . Property sleeps maximum of 6 people. Portable AC, ceiling fans. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside Heated pool. WiFi and 2 Smart TV’s. Towels and linens provided. Guests to provide own beach towels. Coin laundry available on property. Beach chairs and umbrella with wagon available for guest use. Property is located on second floor by stair access. Only 1.5 miles to main beach and shops. KB sandwich shop just steps away to get your iced coffee and ice cream! Rental comes with one free parking space. Second free space available on first come first serve basis. Great getaway for couples or families.

The BEST

This condo was soooo clean, the ocean (beach) was a 1 minute walk, the pool was amazing! Pack yourself a suitcase and GO! They had all supplies (beach chairs, a wagon, toilet paper, paper towel, hair ties, flossers, lysol wipes, you know name it they had it) The kitchen was full with everything you need. The living room was so comfortable. I could go on and on. We were a family of 5, 3 kids ages 16, 13 and 12 and we all loved it here. Sue and John were fantastic to work with. None of us wanted to leave! We already told Sue we WILL be back! Enjoy your stay here.. you will not regret it!
