About this property

Modern Cottage near Newport - 3 bedroom/2 full baths & A/C throughout

  • Relax with the whole family or group of friends at this newly decorated home with New England charm. Our house has 3 bright bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open common area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living spaces. The outdoor space features a wrap around deck, barbecue, and plenty of seating. The fenced-in yard has a lots of space for the little ones. There are beautiful views of the Sakonnet River by the house. Newport attractions and beaches are 15 minutes away.

    The space:
    Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a full bathroom with a bathtub and washer/dryer. The spacious primary bedroom is on the second floor and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The primary bedroom also has an adjoining loft area with a workspace.

    The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood next to the Sakonnet River. It's the ideal spot for a family vacation with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy.

    Guest access:
    The entire home and outdoor spaces will be yours to use. The driveway fits 4 cars. Maximum 6 guests, as per town rules.

    Other things to note:
    We are happy to provide suggestions for activities and restaurants so you get the most out of your stay on the island. We have lots of puzzles and games for your entertainment and you can also enjoy your favorite shows and movies by logging in to your preferred streaming services. Cozy bedding and fresh towels are provided, as well as a Keurig coffee machine and K-cups.

    If you have a kayak or canoe, or other small watercraft, you can launch it at the public access point down the street.

    We do not issue refunds for bad weather or natural disasters.
