"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"Everything about this villa is exceptional…great location, beautiful views, fantastic host, so much to see & do or just stay at the villa & enjoy the pool. "This property is beautiful and the holy grail of places in this part of the world - uninterrupted views of the countryside and walking distance to medieval town full of restaurants and historic buildings. Adele is the perfect host and as she lives in neighbouring property is on hand at all times. Highly recommended. "

"We really loved the villa! We were there with all our family, 14 people, to celebrate our silver wedding. There were 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms over 2 floors, it was very well equipped, great aircon in every room (vital as it was 38 degrees outside). The pool was lovely if in need of updating, but that's a small gripe. The outside dining area was lovely with splendid views of the surrounding hills. All in all a fabulous place for our needs."

"A wonderful escape, especially after 5 activity filled days and nights in a hot and crowded Rome. The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, perfect sunsets and, yes, we had donkeys, sheep and deer for neighbors. The house is spacious and comfortable, uniquely furnished with works by Orvieto Craftsmen and murals featuring the gardens and the donkeys. We were 11, ranging in age from 4 to 78 and took full advantage of the amazing pool complex, including hot tub, sauna and misting showers....

I also liked that they had an outdoor swimming pool, which was a good way to cool down since the weather was extremely hot.
