The house is on two floors, of which:
- the ground floor consists of a large living room with kitchenette, fully equipped, with a balcony overlooking the garden, as well as a large bathroom complete with toilets and shower + washing machine;
- the upper floor, connected by an internal staircase, is composed of 1 double bedroom with 2/3 seats, with adjoining balcony overlooking the garden + bedroom with 2/3 beds, hallway with sofa + bathroom complete with bathroom shower + closet.
The house is equipped with all the comforts, including the conditioning of the rooms.
The continuous supply of drinking water is guaranteed as a water tank with a capacity of 12,000 liters is available.
The availability of 1/2 parking spaces is provided in the large guarded and video-monitored inner courtyard.

Très bon séjour

Appartement tout confort pour un séjour en Sardaigne. Très bien équipé avec climatisation, moustiquaire dans les chambres & pièce principale. L’environnement est calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil et gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette location de vacances dans cette région de Sardaigne où les plages sont magnifiques.

Ruhige Lage in großzügigem Haus

Die Gastgeber Flavio und Mercedes waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen! Dank Google-Übersetzer klappte auch die Verständigung. :-) Das Haus ist groß und geräumig mit klimatisierten Schlafräumen sowie einer Klimaanlage im Wohn-Essbereich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausreichend. Schön wäre es gewesen, auch den Garten zu benutzen oder einen Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gehabt zu haben, da die Balkone die Morgensonne haben und es schon morgens sehr heiß wird. Den Sonnenschirm haben wir uns dann selbst besorgt - und dort gelassen :-) Posada ist ein kleines, ruhiges Dorf mit fußläufig erreichbarem Supermarkt und Bäcker, einer Tankstelle, Restaurants, Cafes und ein paar Touri-Läden. Der nächste Strand ist ein paar Kilometer weit entfernt, so dass man gut beraten ist, mit einem Mietwagen zu kommen. Die Strände der Gegend sind uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, feiner Sand, seichte Ufer, klares Wasser und relativ leer (Anfang Juli!)

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza in questo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Molto pulito e ordinato. Flavio si è sempre mostrata disponibile e premuroso ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ottima posizione per spostarsi sia a piedi che in auto. Disponibilità e cortesia dei proprietari eccezionale. Siamo stati coccolati e viziati, nulla da dire, anzi torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura. Tutto veramente perfetto, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, non si può chiedere di più, dieci con lode. Das Haus war super sauber und gepflegt. Viel Platz, auch ein größeres Auto ist kein Problem zu parken. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Es gibt viele Katzen 😀 in der Nachbarschaft.

I proprietari sin dal primo giorno ci hanno accolto calorosamente mostrandoci la casa grande, spaziosa e completa di tutto. Flavio e la sua famiglia sono persone molto cordiali e disponibili per ogni necessità. La casa è situata in una zona poco trafficata e in poco tempo si possono raggiungere spiagge bellissime dall'acqua limpida! Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni sereni godendoci a pieno la nostra vacanza. Flavio et son épouse sont très accueillant.. Toujours prêt à rendre service. Ils ont fait beaucoup d'effort pour communiquer en français avec nous. Et à la fois discret. La maison est très agréable et bien située. Spacieuse, propre avec toutes les commodités nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la place de parking qui évite que la voiture soit dans la rue. Rapport qualite/prix très intéressant. Merci à vous d'avoir rendu ce séjour agréable.

Preciosa casa para disfrutar de la costa esmeralda

Preciosa casa perfecta para conocer la costa esmeralda. Estuvimos toda la familia 6 días en Agosto, en esta casa de vacaciones situada muy cerca de algunas de las playas más bonitas de Cerdeña. La casa muy amplia, de dos plantas, en la parte baja un hermoso salón con una mesa grande de madera, cocina americana muy bien equipada. Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y mucha vajilla. Flavio muy atento y pendiente de que todo funcione bien. Hubo un pequeño problema con la bomba de agua y rápidamente solucionó el problema. El coche se puede aparcar dentro del recinto de la casa, es muy cómodo. Estuvimos realmente a gusto, es una casa muy recomendable para disfrutar de Cerdeña, sin duda repetiríamos en un futuro.

Een heerlijke vakantie op Sardinie!

Wij, gezin met 3 kinderen (van puber tot jong-volwassenen), hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie op Sardinie! Met name de gastvrijheid van Flavio en Merchedes (huiseigenaren die op hetzelfde terrein wonen) hebben wij bijzonder gewaardeerd. Het vrijstaande huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar de mooie stranden te rijden en om de omgeving te verkennen. Kortom: dit huis is een aanrader! @ Flavio en Merchedes: nogmaals bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Consigliatissimo

Si tratta di un appartamento molto grande e molto fornito. Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione che si trova sul sito. Anzi probabilmente c'è anche di più. Si trova in una zona tranquilla ma comunque vicina al centro del paese e al mare. Nelle vicinanze infatti si trovano delle belle e ampie spiagge poco affollate con un'acqua limpidissima. In tre parole: comodo, pulito e curato! I proprietari sono molto disponibili ed ospitali, ma allo stesso tempo discreti. Ci hanno accolto a casa loro come fossimo dei familiari e ci hanno dato consigli utili sulle spiagge da vedere, ristoranti in cui mangiare e paesini da visitare. Accoglienza perfetta direi! Lo consiglieremo sicuramente a parenti ed amici e se dovessimo trascorrere altre vacanze in questa zona della Sardegna torneremo sicuramente da Flavio!

Ruim huis, ontzettend schoon en zeer vriendelijk eigenaren

Ruim huis met 2 grote slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, een goed gevulde keuken met pannen en servies. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die ons gastvrij onthaalden en die alles voor je doen. Leuk stadje met mooie stranden en genoeg restaurants en bistro's. Wij hebben een ontzettend fijne vakantie hier gehad met onze 2 kinderen.
