In this beautiful accommodation you can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing vacation with the whole family or your friends including four-legged friends. Benefit from the tranquility of the rural surroundings and let all the everyday stress fall away from you. In the courtyard you can perfectly relax by or in the pool and also let small children play without worry. Take a sunbath on one of the sunbeds and allow yourself to daydream. From the small balcony you have a great view of the landscape and from the kitchen you can reach the "konoba" by a few stairs, where you can sit together in the evening.



For relaxation you will find a pebble beach in the village of Vinjerac, from which you can jump into the clear water. For active vacationers, a visit to the National Park Paklenica or a trip to the nearby islands is worthwhile. A day trip to Zadar is also always a good idea. Marvel at the historical sights, modern architecture and especially the picturesque sunsets from Istarska obala. You will also get your money's worth in the gastronomic field here.

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente, gemütlich und vielfältig eingerichtet.Standort war super, ruhige abgelegene Lage.Einrichtung alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Außenanlage super, bietet viel Schatten, aber auch sehr viel Sonne.Poolgröße absolut perfekt. (Für 4 bis 6 Personen)Küche(n) etwas rustikal, reicht jedoch völlig aus.Ein Outdoorgrill wäre eventuell noch wünschenswert.Indoorgrill vorhanden, funktioniert auch super.Die Betten sind leider ein Minuspunkt, mussten beide Doppelbetten reparieren, da der Lattenrost im laufe der Zeit keinen Halt mehr hatte (Halteplanken abgebrochen, schien auch kein Einzelfall zu sein, bereits mehrere Bohrungen vorhanden)Die Bäder sind komplett renoviert und modernisiert (begehbare Duschen).Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren super.Der "Hausmeister" Šime kam regelmäßig und machte seinen Job hervorragend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat uns sogar auf die Schnelle eine neue Gasflasche installiert (dazu musste er einen Teil der Küche zerlegen, ging dennoch sehr schnell). Den Pool reinigte er sehr ordentlich und dies meist, als wir unterwegs waren (Privatsphäre wird sehr geschätzt)Alles in Allem würden wir jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen und die Unterkunft jeden weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus war sehr sauber; Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Wer Ruhe haben möchte und sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Der kleine Laden neben der KIrche versorgt Euch mit allem was nötig ist. Größere Einkäufe für den täglichen Bedarf kann in Posedarije erledigt werden der Bäcker dort sehr empfehlenswert. Der Garten ist naturbelassen Kinder sollen falls sie dort spielen Schuhe anziehen wegen Steine und Disteln. Es gibt genügend Schatten und Sonnenplätze am Haus . Gartenmöbel sind mehr als genug vorhanden . Auflagen finden Ihr im hinteren Teil des Hauses . Die schönste Strand war Nin dieser Ort sollte unbedingt besucht werden.
