The Pool and Sea Luxury Apartment is located in the picturesque village of Vinjerac in Croatia. The building is brand new. You live only 70 m from the sea and enjoy the view of the mighty Velebit Mountains either from the privacy of your pool or while swimming in the Adriatic. The apartment design meets the highest demands in terms of aesthetics and functionality and leaves nothing to be desired.

Perfekt. Simple as that

Wauw what a place and what a host. The appartment itself is perfect with all the amenities that you’ll need for a great vacation. The pool and outdoor area is awesome, and you can find both shadow and sun all day long. The views are splendid, and a small stony beach is 3 minutes away by feet. Vinjerac is really a great village with a couple of good restaurants and bars (remember cash). Not many tourists which makes you feel like a local. By car, you’ll find remote and cool rural beaches within 20 min. drive. Zadar is approx. 40 min away. Our host, Christian is both proactive and extremely kind. He knows service at its best, and we really enjoyed renting his beautiful appartment for a week. Thank you so much

Top Unterkunft

Ich war bereits das neunte Mal in Vinjerac. Wir haben uns jedoch zum ersten Mal für eine „luxuriösere“ Unterkunft entschieden. Leider war direkt vor dem Apartment eine Baustelle. Aufgrund des Baulärmes (Bagger fuhr quasi vor dem Pool hin und her) haben wir den Pool nicht wirklich benutzt. Eine Info dazu wäre vorab sehr nett gewesen. Das Apartment ist super eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es entspricht den Bildern. Christian ist ein netter und engagierter Gastgeber. Obst und Getränke als Empfangsgeschenk. Er war immer sehr bemüht - sei es bei Problemen mit der Klima, Tipps… Er hat sogar ein Gitterbett für unser Baby gekauft. Sobald die Baustelle davor fertig ist, würden wir wieder kommen.

Einfach schön

Wir waren zu 4 hier und haben jeden tag genossen. Der Gastgeber Christian, spricht deutsch und war jederzeit über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Das einchecken lief problemlos. Vinjerac ist ein kleines verschlafendes Örtchen und man hat aufjedenfall seine Ruhe. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub

Schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Dorf, wer Baden und einen entapannten Urlaub sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und gab uns viele Hilfestellungen. Egal ob wo man am besten ein Boot leihen könnte, oder wo ein Arzt zu finden wäre der auch am Abend noch auf hat. Toller Service, neben einer tollen Wohnung Danke!!

Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Mein Verlobter und ich haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Christian hat uns telefonisch zeitnah kontaktiert, um uns das Einchecken im Apartment zu erklären. Wir wurden mit einigen Goodies liebevoll begrüßt. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zudem fühlten wir uns sofort sehr wohl dort! Die Aussicht war wirklich sehr schön :) Bei Fragen war Christian immer telefonisch erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren im Ort zu Fuß möglich. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Kroatien sehr genoßen und wir würden nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Traumhaft Kulisse und ein perfekter Urlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einzigartig, das Meer wenige hundert Meter von der Wohnung entfernt und direkt dahinter das Velebit Gebirge. Christian Bacic kümmert sich perfekt um seine Gäste und nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit - Outstanding! Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist modern, zeitgemäß und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Meer ist wunderschön, die Liegemöglichkeiten am Strand allerdings etwas limitiert, was in der Hauptsaison zu einer gewissen Enge führen könnte. Sehr positiv ist uns die Freundlichkeit der Menschen im Ort aufgefallen. Man grüßt sich sogar beim schwimmen und wenn’s mit der Sprachverständigung auf beiden Seiten nicht klappt, hilft man sich mit Händen und Füßen. Wir kommen wieder…..

Top ausgestattetes Apartment in Traumlage

Der Ort ist klein und sehr nett. Recht wenig deutsche Touristen. Man ist super schnell am Meer und kann da direkt schwimmen (Badeschuhe nicht vergessen) und Schnorcheln. Das Apartment ist ein Traum. Highlight für uns - und die Kinder - war natürlich der Pool und der Blick in die Berge… Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir waren wirklich sehr, sehr zufrieden!

pure Erholung mit fantastischen Ausblick

Christian als Vermieter ist großartig. Wir haben im Vorfeld vor dem Urlaub wertvolle und ausführliche Informationen bekommen. Christian stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat in kürzester Zeit Rückmeldung gegeben. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Das Appartement ist wundervoll, vor allem der Blick von der Terasse über den Pool zur Adria. :-) Der Ort Vinjerac ist friedvoll und sehr ruhig. Wer Action mag, muss ein paar Kilometer fahren. Wir kommen sicherlich sehr gerne mal wieder.

Perfektes Apartment für einen angenehmen Urlaub zu viert

Für unseren Familien-Sommerurlaub hat die Wohnung alle Wünsche erfüllt! Christian, der Vermieter, war bei der Buchung schon sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns auch bei unserer Ankunft selbst empfangen und in fließendem Deutsch alles erklärt. Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss eines fast neuen 6-Parteien Hauses, nur etwa 100m vom Meer entfernt und auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom schönen Kiesstrand des Dorfes. An heißen Tagen hat uns auch der eigene (etwas kühle) Pool im Garten eine willkommene Abkühlung beschert. Die geschmackvolle moderne Einrichtung hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Der große Esstisch auf der Terrasse ist ein Traum zum gemeinsamen Frühstück und sowohl die modernen Küchengeräte (z.B. Induktionsherd und Siebträger-Espressomaschine) als auch die drei Sony Flachbildschirme (uns hätte einer gereicht ;-) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Für Ausflüge ist sowohl Zadar einen Besuch wert, als auch z.B. der nahegelegene Paklenica Nationalpark, welcher zum Wandern oder Klettern in Schluchten und an Felshängen einlädt, die man vielleicht schon aus den Winnetoufilmen kennt. Uns gefiel es so gut, dass wir spontan noch einen Tag länger blieben und wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Eine Traumwohnung zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir haben die Zeit im Appartment sehr genossen, für die Kinder war natürlich der private Pool das Highlight. Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Vinjerac ist der perfekte Ort zum Erholen für die ganze Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super appartment

We had a warm welcome by Christian and his daughter. They showed us the great appartment. It is a modern appartment, all rooms with airco and a kitchen that has all the equipement you need. We loved the terrace and the pool, we used it a lot as this week the temperature was all week around 35C. The view on the sea is great, online a 2 minute walk and you can have a swimm. The village is small, about 10 minute walk to the center and supermarkt. Big supermarket is about 15 minute drive. Explore the area by car, there are great beaches and cities to visit, like Zadar. I can only highly recommend the appartment!!

Einfach nur klasse!

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub nun schon das zweite Jahr in Folge in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht und es war wieder traumhaft! Diese Unterkunft lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen: die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Wohnung nahezu perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kommt man an und fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an zu Hause. Besonders genossen haben wir den unglaublichen Blick von der Terrasse auf die Meeresbucht und das Velebitgebirge, welchen man sowohl von der kleinen Loungeecke, als auch vom Esstisch hat. Unsere Kinder haben den Privatpool natürlich ausgiebig genutzt, ein echtes Highlight dieser Ferienwohnung! Ein besonderes Dankeschön auch an den Vermieter Christian, der uns bereits vor der Anreise mit tollen Ausflugstipps und Informationen versorgt hat.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben wunderschöne Sommertage verbracht und besonders den eigenen Pool sehr genossen. Wer etwas Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Ort bietet kleinere Bars, Strandcafes und Restaurants, die zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist es praktisch, ein Auto zu haben. Das Appartement könnte nicht besser ausgestattet sein, wirklich alles ist vorhanden, sogar Netflix. Für uns persönlich blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr schön gelegen und alles da.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Ortsrand und bietet Erholung pur. In fünf Minuten ist man im kleinen Supermarkt der alles bietet, was man so braucht.
