With a spacious living area of 683 square meters and an impressive garden of 1060 square meters, Sea Star Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in six modernly decorated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, while the entire villa is fully air-conditioned for the guests' maximum comfort.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious en-suite bedroom with two single beds measuring 110x210 cm, equipped with a bathroom containing two sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower, along with additional amenities such as a sauna combining infrared and Finnish sauna available for all guests, relaxation rooms next to the sauna, and a garage with two parking spaces with the possibility of charging electric vehicles.

The first floor offers two spacious en-suite bedrooms with 2 king-size beds measuring 200x210 cm with bathrooms featuring 2 sinks, a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub, and one spacious en-suite bedroom with two single beds with a bathroom containing 2 sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower, a modernly equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a romantic fireplace, a dining room, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, and covered/uncovered terraces.

On the second floor, there are two more spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with a bathroom. In one room, there is a bed measuring 200x210 cm and a bathroom with 2 sinks, a toilet, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub, while in the other bedroom, there are 2 single beds measuring 110x210 cm and a bathroom with 2 sinks, a toilet, a walk-in shower, and an additional modernly equipped kitchen, a living room with comfortable seating sofas, a dining room, and access to covered/uncovered terraces.

In addition to bathrooms in each bedroom, the villa also features three additional bathrooms. Sea Star Villa provides the perfect space for relaxation and socializing with your loved ones.

On the outdoor terrace, you will find refreshment in the heated pool with an area of ??48 square meters. The sunbathing area with 12 comfortable loungers provides an ideal space for relaxation under the shining sun, while two outdoor dining areas are perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.

Additional amenities include 2 Kamado Joe III + Weber electric grills and five parking spaces (two in the garage and three outdoor), ensuring convenient parking for all guests.
