This beautiful villa Cvitka is located in the picturesque village of Slivnica, not far from Zadar, providing a perfect escape from the city crowds, while at the same time being close to all the attractions of this popular coastal area. The villa is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings, and its facilities provide a high level of comfort and privacy.



On the terrace in front of the house there is a swimming pool with sun loungers, a perfect place to enjoy sunbathing or relaxing in a peaceful environment. Next to the pool is a covered lounge area, where you can spend pleasant moments in the shade, either with a book or socializing with family and friends. Next to the house there is a covered area with a dining table and an outdoor barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, while the playground with a trampoline, slide and swings is a real little kingdom of fun for children.
