Petali Di Rosa – Positano villa for rent

Located in Positano on the Amalfi Coast, Petali di Rosa is a charming two-storey 19th-century villa, recently renovated while preserving its traditional character.

The villa features distinctive pink-painted exterior walls, three beautiful panoramic terraces decorated with bougainvillea, roses and Mediterranean plants, offering magnificent views over Positano and the sea.

The property measures approximately 150 square metres, while the three terraces provide more than 110 square metres of outdoor space.

The villa also features a private landscaped garden of approximately 300 square metres with a premium artificial grass lawn, providing an additional outdoor area where guests can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

To reach Petali di Rosa from the main street a characteristic stone staircase typical of Positano, beginning from Viale Pasitea, one of the town’s main roads. The entrance to the villa is reached after approximately 85 steps.

Description
Petali di Rosa is characterised by beautiful vaulted ceilings, traditional tiled floors and a combination of antique furnishings and valuable decorative pieces.

First floor
The entrance opens onto a large panoramic terrace, partly shaded by a pergola and furnished with a wooden outdoor dining table seating six guests.

Three spacious rooms open directly onto the terrace through glass doors with traditional wooden shutters: one double bedroom, a living room with satellite TV and fireplace, and a dining room seating six guests.

From the terrace, guests can also access the large and fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher.

The double bedroom has direct access to a bathroom with shower and to a dressing room.

The dining room also connects directly to the kitchen. From the kitchen, a glass door leads to a panoramic side terrace adjoining the private garden. This terrace also offers an outdoor dining area for six guests.

A separate utility room with the boiler and washing machine is accessible from the terrace.

Second floor
An internal staircase leads from the dining room to the second floor.

Here there are two spacious double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, antique chests of drawers, bedside tables, pictures and mirrors, as well as a large shared bathroom with shower.

Both bedrooms have direct access to the same panoramic balcony overlooking the main terrace and the spectacular scenery of Positano.

Access and distances
Shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes on foot.

The centre of Positano is approximately 15 minutes’ walk away, with Spiaggia Grande about another 10 minutes on foot.

The nearest beach is Fornillo Beach, which can be reached either by road or via a characteristic staircase of approximately 300 steps. From Fornillo, guests can walk along the coastal path for approximately 400 metres to Spiaggia Grande.

From the pier at Spiaggia Grande there are regular ferries and hydrofoils to Capri, Amalfi and Salerno.

The Mangialupini bus stop is located on Viale Pasitea, close to the beginning of Via del Canovaccio, providing connections around Positano as well as access to buses for Sorrento, Amalfi, Salerno, Naples and Rome.

Public paid parking and scooter rental services are located approximately 50 metres from Via del Canovaccio
