The hotel was predominantly inhabited by locals, Italians, which added to its authentic charm. Bracciano, a delightful Italian restaurant, was just a short (and steep) walk away, about thirty minutes. The hotel’s food was satisfactory. The rooms were clean and spacious, we opted for the family room. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re seeking a peaceful and comfortable getaway, this hotel is highly recommended. "

"Complaint! We recently booked the Seven Hills Camping lodge in Rome. You did not book for us what we had requested. All they had for us was a small room with 2 twin beds. Also only a part of the money we sent you went for the booking. We had to pay much more to get a self contained upgrade. Needless to say we were not happy. Also, back on Feb. 28th we had booked a hotel room near the airport in Nairobi. We were forced to cancel that reservation and yet we were never refunded by the hotel or by you.
