"Love the patio! Had a good time hanging out with new friends. I found it a bit noisy the ac/heat unit. Had to shut it off but luckily I really didn’t need either, the night stand rattled if you put anything in it. But that was easily resolved. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. It was my 2nd stay there. Will stay again."

"This was a perfect spot to stay while you were in Seattle to check out the downtown shopping street. The one thing I didn't like was you could not read the buttons in the hallways for the elevator because of all the red. The room was great."

"When you go in no one is there to receive you and tell you that the lobby is on the 10th floor. The person at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming.
